We contacted Steve at Amtech regarding a torch nearly out of warranty. The torch had a missing button and Steve kindly replaced the whole torch. This was way and above what I expected and i am very appreciative to all at Amtech. From initial phone call to receiving the replacement, was a matter of days. Amazing service and thanks again.

Bought an Amtech hand drill that went faulty after a couple of uses.
Steve in customer service/warranty was a star and as I already had bought a replacement drill he offered replacement items instead.These arrived next day. Great to have experience of a company with such good customer sevice Thanks

My cheap Amtech soldering iron failed just after the shop's one year guarantee had expired. I had kept the receipt and packaging proving that the tool had a 3 year guarantee and contacted Amtech in the faint hope that they would replace it. Not only was the item replaced without quibble but it was shipped by courier to the Isle of Wight within two days of me first making contact! In addition, I received a telephone call from Amtech Product Support to ensure that the parcel had been delivered and that I had received it.
Nowhere else have I experienced this outstanding quality of service and I am extremely grateful.

I had an extendable keyring for almost 2 years which after a lot of use eventually snapped but was under a 3year warranty.

The customer service staff were excellent in dealing with this replacement as I made a mistake on the warranty claim they even rectified this with speed.
Delivery of replacement was quick and efficient with tracked delivery.

I had made contact with the customer service team looking to purchase the spring which forces the pruners open as the spring had broken. I was kept informed while they tried to identify the spring's part number before sending me a replacement. I was emailed again that the spring could not be identified and that it was not one of the springs contained in the Amtech collection of springs box.

However the person in the Customer Services Team ordered me a complete replacement pruner which arrived today.
So my experience is of customer service that went well beyond my expectations so 100% satisfaction from me.

My wooden handled shears broke after two years so I contacted the company and as they had a three year warranty they replaced them immediately and they arrived within 48 hours. Only downside was the delivery driver who left them propped up against my front door for the world to see for over an hour before I got home from work!

Catch broke on my three tier storage case after 3 weeks. Contacted customer service and within a week they sent me a replacement. Great customer service. Shame other companies can’t be as efficient.

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
They responded to my request for help and replaced my item with speed, efficiency and great courtesy, far more so than I expected.

Purchased a 6lb splitting axe earlier this year, Mainly due to the 3 year warranty it came with. Unfortunately the head broke off. Contacted customer services providing pictures, proof of purchase & an explanation, and without any hesitation a replacement was dispatched immediately.
Impressive customer services, will definitely use again.

I was looking for a spare part for Amtech Sander and I could not find any online. I emailed the support team and they were extremely kind to ship one the same day. Great support and extremely friendly user experience.

I purchased an 'analogue' tyre inflator pump from a supplier on ebay. When it arrived, the pressure needle wobbled from 0 - 100 ! I contacted the company name on the device (DKTools) and spoke to Steve who instantly arranged for a 'digital' model to be sent F.O.C.. First contact was late morning on Thursday 23/6/22 - the replacement arrived and was in use by midday on the 25th - unbeatable service !

One of the brass collets had deformed and was no longer gripping attachments. Amtech team responded rapidly and sent us out replacements within a couple of days. Very impressed with service and response speed.

Recently purchased a vice that had a small fault. Very quickly resolved and would highly recommend

No hassle getting it replaced within a couple of days and great updates while waiting on delivery.

I made a claim under warranty for a faulty woodworkers's bench vice D2700 and received an immediate response explaining the procedure and forms to complete on line. These were completed together with proof of purchase and a photo of the vice. I received a reply within 24 hours apologising for the manufacturing fault that had developed and telling me that a new vice would be sent free of postage within five days. This was received in good condition. The whole process was resolved very satisfactorily within seven days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amtec. I can say that I had first class service completely hassle free.

So I had set of hole cutters, then I found out, they didn't have a drive plate for the larger sizes.
I contacted Amtek, a guy called Steve, reached out, an offered to send a spare out in the post. Which I duly received.
Then: I had already mentioned about getting a replacement front plastic section for my fold up cart, which had cracked thro use.
He then said, there were some carts due in later.

An lo an behold, they came in, an Steve (he's the man!) Sent one out an, it arrived today.

Their after sales service is amazing!
