Very attractive jewelry
Very attractive jewelry, my daughter loves it. It came packaged in a cute little box too.
Good price lovely stones
Terrible
Terrible, requested a refund as the product never came and my request was completely ignored. My friend received her order and it was garbage. Stay away from this scam company, they ship fake "rubies" straight from Aliexpress with a huge markup. Totally false advertising, they promise hand-crafted lab-grown whatever on their site, it's completely fake, and don't fall for their "closing sale" BS. Amuleti is here to steal your money. If they had honoured my request for a refund, I might not have spoken, but this is ridiculous.

Very happy with the jewelry
Very happy with the jewelry. Yes, the shipping was slow, but the quality of the pieces I received was actually quite good.
Fraudulent Site Desciption; Buyer Beware
The site is clean and looks great, but false advertising for what you get. I had a sense that something was wrong when three weeks after ordering, none of the shipping status updated even though the order said that tracking numbers were sent because my order was fulfilled. Whoever did the packaging bundled all items into one package and shipped them together. The label says "AE" instead of the company name and it hides a label underneath that indicates that this was shipped from "AliExpress."
The product is disappointing. Quality of the metal settings that came in look like a cheap knock off of what is in the photos and was scratched up. The metal settings feels flimsy, not made of rose gold (gold mixed with copper).
The gemstones are chipped, which indicates that the sapphire and ruby are not really lab-grown/synthetic/simulated, as simulated gemstones should to be no difference in chemical make-up, appearance, or hardness from those found naturally. Both stones are some of the hardest gemstones in the world. If the product descriptions are honest, the descriptions should indicate that they are imitations, NOT lab-grown/simulated/synthetic.
The packaging for this is not what you would expect of a fine jewelry store as it did not come in a box but rather a faux velvet bag or a mesh bag.
Communication from the site is poor. The phone line doesn't work, which should have served as a red flag. It does take a couple to a few days to receive a reply. Since the review was posted, the reply to my request to return the items instructed me to send the items to a third address, which is neither the Delaware address on the website or shipping address on the package I received. The website says that customer service would provide the return label, but I was told that I had to pay out of pocket for the return in spite of the fact that the return/refund policy on websites are legally binding. When I asked about the return label that they were suppose to provide me for the return, they refunded me for the items that evening. I'm confused by the exchange as I was told to keep the items, but at least I got ny money back. As a note, I intended to very much send these back to the Company. Maybe it isn't worth the postage ti send these back.
I feel bad because the store is closing, but if a site is going to advertise as a premium or high end jewelry dealer, the expectations are that the products match the descriptions and photos as advertised. If you are looking for quality jewelry, go to a reputable dealer because this isn't it.
EDIT: It is very telling that the seller immediately requested my personal information for this review, but has not responded to my request to return the products at the time the review was written.
EDIT 2: This review was also flagged as fraudulent as an attempt to remove the review before the company replied below in an attempt to gaslight me about what is a simulated gemstone. Now reading the 5 star reviews, I can see a lot of them are similarly and strangely worded. The response I received below suggests that the "gemstones" are not real gems, but the reviews from customers say they are. Either way, it is dishonest to compare the price of these pieces to actual true simulated sapphires and rubies and not genuine for the website to continue to advertise their products as simulated and not prone to scratch because this apparently is not the case.
Please proceed with caution, potential shoppers.

Don't fall for it like we did
Received a necklace and earrings for my birthday, was super excited and yes they are pretty, however. I can see an AliExpress shipping label under the Chinese one stamped on sadly. I'm not the wealthiest person so this buy was a blow to my our bank account. Hoping for a refund but not too hopeful.
IT IS FAKE JEWELRY FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!
IT IS FAKE JEWELRY FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!! The shipping label comes from Aliexpress and they cover it with a USA one. Im filing a dispute to get my money back - DONT BUY!
BEWARE
BEWARE! They are from CHINA! The UPS tracker they gave me located them here: HANGZHOU EMS, CHINA. Even the "official" website location places them next to a storage unit! Do not trust Amuleti Jewelers, these pieces of jewelry are fake! This "closing" is just a scam!
I never review anything but I have to…
I never review anything but I have to for this. I received items in the mail in about 2 weeks labeled from China. Items were sent in a small ziplock bag that did not look secure at all. All items were lighter than expected and felt more like plastic rather than stones. If not plastic, then probably lightweight glass. The ruby necklace and earrings I bought did not floresce at all under UV light compared to other rubies I already had. This is despite claims that the stones would be premium lab gems, for which case rubies would also glow. Overall, not worth the money, even with the "closing sale". All items felt too cheap to be worth that much so I won't recommend it to anyone. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because the designs are beautiful in my opinion. Otherwise not impressive. I wished they were better quality and didn't feel like such a scam.
Buyer beware!
This is an aliexpress drop shipping site- they order cheap jewelry from Aliexpress, a Chinese wholesale site, and sell it at a markup. You can buy the same pieces directly from Aliexpress for less than five dollars. Don't believe the closing sales- the pieces were never worth that much, and even the discounted prices are marked up by more than 500%. My shipment came directly from aliexpress and just had a domestic shipping label placed over the one from the original seller in China. The address listed on their website goes to a storage unit in Delaware, and all the pictures on their website can be reversed google searched back to either Aliexpress or stock images.
