Ive actually taken the time out to specificly go out and leave this review and I was so compelled with easily the worst buying experience I've ever had.

7 days for a delivery tracking number.

Not return label in the package. Currently on day 6 in waiting for information on how to exchange and return. Ive got a WhatsApp number and email and neither are responsive of only answer have of your questions.

The clothing is wonderful I own over 15 items but frankly I won't order again due to their absolutely disastrous customer service

Amundsen is fashion, vintage, and exclusive, all at the same time. I have bought several jackets, sweaters and shirts from Amundsen.

Great products poor delivery experience

The shorts I bought were too small. To return them I had to pay £10 to dhl via Amundsen to secure the return (not ideal) and then couldn’t return it to a normal DHL place because I also had to pay a separate £5 tax to DHL directly. I’ve bought a lot of European clothing online before and never had this happen. Would definitely prevent me from ordering or recommending this company in future unless you’re 100% sure the item will fit!

I have ordered the same pants four times. The last time was few days ago, and this was the fourth time Amundsen failed to deliver these pants.

The pants are obviously combined with the jacket from the same series. Now I have to once again return the jacket as the pants were not delivered with it.

It’s not about the money spent on the returning these products. It’s about my time spent for purchasing, picking up and returning. And it’s about the reliability of the Amundsen brand. I don’t feel like Amundsen respects me as a new customer and a sports enthusiastic.

The customer experience during the past months has been quite low standard. I hope you get your webshop working in a more reliable way. I also hope you understand my point of view and do something to help me stay a future core customer.

I have a number of items of clothing from Amundsen. Not cheap but very good quality. The reason for the 5 stars is the delivery to the UK from Sweden (I believe). Absolutely brilliant. I placed my order on a Monday and my parcel arrived on the Wednesday. Perfectly packaged, left by request at the back of my house by DHL.

I am a loyal Amundsen customer for several years now and own many of their pieces. I particularly appreciate the quality and originality of the fabrics combined with their excellent design. The colors, shapes are superb, and robustness is very good ! However, the devil is in the details. And I'm disappointed that, given the price, on some purchases, we may face quality issues: poorly executed seams, faulty zippers (pants), combining fabrics that are too different leads to tearing on the lighter one (shirt) … This necessitates repairs that shouldn't be required.
It's also worth noting that customer service responds quickly to all requests.
In conclusion, except from a few minor details, I remain a very satisfied customer and I strongly recommend them !

I'm super happy with my Concord shorts. They're versatile enough to wear out and about and also for hiking. Very comfortable! I also love the 5 inch ditch hiker shorts. These are my go to for day hiking. The quality of Amundsen clothing is unparalleled. 5 stars!
