Really fast delivery and the clothes feels really nice with good quality and good looking!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I have been waiting for WEEKS to receive a UPS return label for my item. Nobody returns my emails.

I had to return a delivery and the team could not have been faster or more easy to communicate with. After Christmas I've had some very mixed experiences with retailers and Amundsen Sports stands out as the most customer friendly.

Bought two items separately, shorts and a woollen hoodie. Service on both occasions was excellent. Shorts had to be exchanged for smaller size and that was very smooth.

The products are really superior and justify the price point in my view. The hoodie in particular is lightweight, really warm and pretty waterproof.

High quality outdoor garment and awesome timeless designs. I love that prices displayed include shipping and local import tax.

Third time I have bought Amunsden, there won't be a fourth. They are one of those brands that appear hip and trendy and charge you very high rates for a very basic product. Their service is appalling. I recently ordered two boiled fleeces for New Zealand delivery. I paid an enhanced cost to get it delivered before Christmas. It then got stuck in customs and on top of the £500 FOR TWO FLEECES. I was then charged another £125 for import charges through Amundsen's carrier DHL.
The fleeces were Christmas presents and on the 28th Dec they have finally been released from customs.
I suppose I should laugh that I have been fleeced for a couple of fleeces.
Amunsden, this is an absolute disgrace- no mention of this when I ordered, you should be ashamed.

They’re probably the only clothing brands that I would recommend. I’ve purchased a few pair of knickerbocker at least 10 years ago and they are still in mint condition. My only critique would be that I miss some of the discontinued colours and products (boiled hoodies unlace)

Hej Amundsens! My experience with products of Amundsen Sports is just at the beginning. Actually I wear the Heroes Skin underwear during training hours with my dogs, no, the whole day ;) We prepare for the Vita Bandet in Sweden and the Aredraget, a very nice little mid distance sleddog event. So in the end of march 2026 I can tell you more, but since the first day on my body I know, that this underwear is my next hero since my first one I bought 2011 from a well known swiss producer. Because merino is not merino, what means that you don't get always the same quality! Maybe my skin is more sensitive, but event merino wool can scratch...
