I ordered and paid for a chair on the 14th Feb 2023, I paid and got a confirmation email. I have not received the chair as of yet, so please today's date 23 April 23. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM TO BE FRADULENT

Sofa never arrived. No reply to calls, emails etc. Avoid.

I ordered a sofa on the 13th March and the invoice said a 2-3 week delivery date, yet as of 6th April I'm still waiting with no update from them. I've tried contacting the company via email, phone and their website, but I've had no response. It feels like a scam where you are lured in with no delivery charge and a quick delivery time. I wish I had avoided them and gone with a reputable company, as now I will have to go down the legal route to get my money back.

Ordered my sofa in January had conformation of order then nothing numerous emails they don't answer don't even answer the phone disgusting I'm a a pensioner they have no morals very angry indeed

If you paid through clearpay or Klarna please dispute this with them urgently if you have no received your item or refund from this disgusting company!!
They will chase the merchant for you and get you your money back.

I had to get the police involved to get my money. Trading standards have been informed. Avoid this company like the plague

Please be aware this is not a legitimate operation. The company was formed in 5 September 2022. You will not get your money back or your furniture. This needs to be passed over to Trading Standards. The registered owner Abid KOYSSIR should be locked up.

does not even deserve 1 star! no correspondence whatsoever and goods were damaged. Can not get hold of at all, so stuck with them. Absolutely disgusting!!

Have not received my sofa had to get a full refund from the bank!! No contact from this company!!

Ordered mid February 2023 tried to contact them on numerous occasions stating I want to cancel my order, had no response from them

Bought a sofa on 17/01/2023, and after the order confirmation email, we heard nothing. Emailed them and they said that we will have it by mid Feb but nothing arrived, emailed again and we were told that it will be by the end of Feb, still nothing. After that, I sent them 4 emails and heard nothing from them (including the one in which I stated that I want my order cancelled and refunded). Now in the process of getting my money. Awful experience!

This ’company’ Is a complete joke and a massive scam! As everyone has confirmed in the comments they rob people and do not deliver items purchased! I ordered a sofa from them around 4 weeks ago, chased and chased my order as it said it would be delivered within 10 days. Heard no response and then yesterday had a email stating that my order is cancelled due to management not looking after their staff and not knowing how to run a business - as if you should be telling customers that. I have no confidence that I’ll be getting my money back but I paid through Clearpay so hopefully they’ll be able to get my refund processed for me. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Do not use, you pay they DONT deliver! Simple.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a sofa through Klarna as I thought they would be a reputable company with Klarna using them. I ordered an armchair beginning of Feb and it hasn’t come!! The company don’t answer live chat, emails or the phone!!! This company it happy to take your money but you will not receive your goods!!

Won't answer the phone or reply to e-mail.

Ordered beginning of Feb, delivery due beginning March ... no updates , no replies to emails or phone calls. . Still no delivery of order !!!!!!

Ordered in January.Taken my money. No sofas. No answer to emails and live chat. Found an email in my spam box today saying the company has ceased trading.

I think the company are just taking peoples money and not sending the goods either. DISGUSTING that companies like this are robbing people.

Communication is terrible I’ve written numerous emails, sent message via Instagram and no one responds!!! Dread to think what my product will be like when it eventually arrives!!!

Do Not Spend Your Money Here!

I’m not sure if this is an intentional scam, or wether they were genuine at one point and something has gone wrong, but save yourself the hassle and don’t bother. Placed my order, delivery day came and went with no further contact. Two weeks later no reply to emails, online chat or phone calls. Had to claim my money back through a chargeback with the bank, which luckily they paid out!
