I ordered a dirndl in EU size 38, but what I received was absolutely massive—completely the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service, they repeatedly insisted I had received the correct item, refusing to acknowledge the issue. After a full week of back-and-forth emails, they finally sent a document but still failed to provide a return label.

To make matters worse, they ignore requests for a working phone number, making direct contact impossible. I also ordered a shirt, which never arrived, and they expect me to track it down instead of taking responsibility for their mistake.

This company is dishonest and unhelpful. Their sizing is inconsistent, and their refusal to provide proper support is infuriating. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere—this was an awful experience, and I will be warning others to stay away.

Sizes are way too big, quality is Chinese so awefull and there customer service is even worse. I tried to send the dirndl bacl for 2 weeks and they always kept answering besides the question. After mailing daily for 2 weeks, I gave up. They just try to make money quickly and although they have a return policy, it seems like returning the item is not an option at all. Never ever again!!!
