Amazing support
With the lockdown and not having access to gyms, I think we all have struggled with our fitness and health! Signing up to Amy Lemon Fitness has been incredibly helpful and has provided me with the support, and results, that I had been unable to achieve by myself.
Amy is incredibly professional and started with a very thorough assessment, followed by connecting me with my personal coach. My coach Ash has been incredibly supportive and helpful! She checks in regularly with me and even provides tailored advice and support, according to my circumstances. e.g. advice when travelling.
I revieved a meal plan and full set up on the app, which is really helpful and easy to use and follow. It's helpful to link your coach with your food diary on my fitness pal (free app), where you can set and track your daily nutrition goals. The workouts are enjoyable and easy to track on the app itself.
I still have a way to go but am proud of my progress so far and very grateful to my coach for her on-going support!

Holy grail of weight loss programs
I've been seeing the ads on IG way back 2021 but I was skeptical if it will work. Fast forward to September 2022 and I'm at my heaviest weight ever. I've tried all of the diet schemes I know (intermittent, Slimfast diet, greens only) but nothing seemed to work. That's when I decided to take a chance and enroll in Amy's program. It. Is. Life. Changing!
Everything down to the littlest of details is tailored specifically for me - the nutrition plan, workouts and even the everyday activities to keep me moving! Coach Ash (who's assigned to me) is really helpful whenever I have questions and regularly checks up on me. She even celebrates my wins with me!
I'm only at my first month and I've already lost 8kgs! I'm excited to see what the next 2 months will be and how much more I can lose.

I’m nearly 7 months into the programme with Amy and I’m still keeping the weight off! I’ve lost a total of 10kg and the past month my weight has stabilised with my clothes fitting so much better. When I started there were some dresses I really struggled to button up but now, 7 months on, I can slip into my clothes with ease!
Amy keeps me focused with super advice on my diet and keeps the exercise program fresh with new workouts. I’ve reached a stage where I’m gaining muscle and my body feels stronger. This is the only program that has worked to help me lose AND keep it off.
Proceed with caution
I found this programme a bit overpriced, I didn’t really get much of the personalisation element, I went through illness and when I asked for a quick call to workout next steps I was repeatedly rejected, for this and other awkward interchanges I decided not to finish the plan. Great sales tactics though! They really get you.
There are much better priced options out here, like My Copilot where you actually get to video chat with your trainer often. I also found that going to a nutritionist gave me much better results (and it was also way cheaper than this plan).
Stay away if you are trying to break away from the ‘Diet Culture’ and instead learn to create healthy and sustainable habits.

Amazing program with results

The program is varied and changes each phase (phase usually lasts a month) so it never gets boring. I had also been travelling a lot and had to make amendments to the program which Amy was always there to give help and advice how to keep on track even when not able to 100% keep to the plan. Generally recommend the program but be prepared you need to put a lot of work into it and your results will only reflect what you put in :)
Amy has transformed my body!
I have been working with Amy since the end of December and it’s been a fantastic experience. She really has helped to change my life. I had got to a point in my life where I just couldn’t lose weight and I felt stuck! I was overweight and very unhappy! Amy has changed all that for good!

Amy has been coaching me since April and I've nearly lost 18kg since. I have tried to do diets and exercise regimes on my own, but it was never sustainable and often I would fall off the wagon and gain everything back, if not more, before trying to lose the weight again.
Amy has managed to create a plan customised to my needs and goals, is always supportive and available, whilst making you feel accountable of your actions. She has definitely helped me to implement lifelong changes and I feel confident the progress I have done will be sustainable on the long run.

Straightforward and direct approach! Immediate reply. Initial big investment but worth it. Very clear with what could be achieved with diet and exercise in terms of monthly goals. Respectful of my data with regards of social media sharing. I lost 14 kg in 3 months, on mostly plant based diet, whilst recovering from a elbow fracture and working long hours. There were times that I could not follow through, but the constant reinsurance from my coach Ash and plan adaptation really helped me staying consistent. Ash is brilliant and answers all my questions and doubts, very approachable and knowledgeable. The diet is not strict and adaptable to individual taste as long as hitting the macros and total calories intake.

I’ve been working with Amy for the last 5 months and it has been fantastic. When I came across her on Instagram I thought hers looked like a great programme but you’re never sure if it seems too good to be true. But it is true! In fact the programme has been exactly what I needed. I wanted to make changes in my life and to my body. Personal training always sounded very intimidating to me, but Amy is the opposite. She’s friendly, supportive and enormously helpful. I really liked the way we can communicate through the app and she keeps track of how I’m doing even if we don’t speak everyday. I’ve always been scared of the gym, but with amy I’ve made great changes simply with home workouts. It also means I’m always able to manage what I am capable of.
I had been changing my diet and exercising and slowly losing weight for a while, but I’d got to the point where I didn’t feel in control anymore and didn’t feel like I knew what to do to respond to changes in my body. Amy has so much knowledge and was able to answer all my questions about what to prioritise, how to manage eating out, what’s important when working out, how to bounce back from a bad day or week. She’s never judgemental and has always made me feel better when I’ve made some bad choices, and got me back on track again. It’s great to have someone you’re accountable to but she never makes you feel ashamed about anything.
I have found that Amy has given me lots of support and information but not so much that it is overwhelming.
I am so pleased with the progress I have made with Amy. I actually like looking in the mirror now and I am enjoying working out and getting stronger. I never thought I’d actually be able to see some abs on myself but I can! I really enjoyed working with Amy. I was skeptical about online coaching but after I started the program, I prefer it over in person coaching. With a busy work and life schedule, I liked that I could reschedule and move workouts around when I’m working late and can’t make it to the gym that day.
I liked that Amy was available on the app. When I had dinner plans at restaurants, I would send her the menu and she would help pick the best options for me so I could stick to our plan. She would encourage me to get the 10k steps in when I was feeling unmotivated to go. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and answered all my questions about how each aspect of the plan and phases would help with weight loss. I would have questions everyday about the science behind weight loss such as heavy weight/low rep vs low weight/high rep, HIIT workouts or carbs before or after the gym and etc, and Amy answered them all. I really learned a lot about fitness and nutrition and how it impacts my body.
She is positive and gave a lot of encouragement throughout the program but was also realistic too. She held me accountable which was something I needed to keep to the plan. It was nice that she was available for calls to discuss the progress and provide motivation/encouragement. I also really loved the workouts she set out for me and that she would tailor them based on what equipment I had available. The app was easy to use and I could track how heavy I was lifting.
I’m 5’2 and started at 142lbs and have now lost 19lbs in 5 months. I’m so happy with my weight loss but it’s also helped me mentally as well.
I would recommend her to anyone who has a very busy life and needs someone to hold them accountable. I think she’s a great trainer and I have recommended her to everyone that’s asked me about my weight loss. She’s helped me form better habits that I will be able to take forward. Lost 32lbs in 12 weeks working with Amy- sleeping better, my clothes fit better (had to get some new ones too), and overall feeling better.
Lost 15kg in 4 months
To start with: I’m happy and motivated more than ever. I’m 42yo and I’ve lost 15kg in 4 months.
When I started the treatment with Amy on the 3rd of January after an interview with her to evaluate my situation and my goals, I was very excited as I could see real women with real results. I’m still excited as I’m achieving all those results I could see in others this time in myself. Amy has been monitoring me all the 4months with nutrition and tailored workouts. I wasn’t very sure about online treatment but it definitely helps also with my own food and exercise management that will keep me balanced for future. I could survive a whole week of holidays without worrying too much, I’ve learnt about food and portions and my body has adjusted to it. Thanks to Amy and her approach I’ve achieved more in 4 months than in years! I’m feeling good, healthy, motivated and stronger than ever. The good stuff
This program definitely works and gets you results quickly. Amy is a fantastic coach and will answer any and all questions along the way so you know exactly why you're doing what you're doing and how it all works. She's also super nice and checks in regularly to see how things are going.
I also started the program with an old back injury that doctors and physios had failed to treat for years. The workouts helped with this so much! I have days now where it doesn't hurt at all which I couldn't have imagined before
What you get
I paid £1500 (discounted from £2000)
And what I received was 3 nutrition plans, one for each phase of the program and 3 tailored workouts a week which changed to compliment the nutrition plans. The workouts utilised the equipment I had, the only additional thing I needed to buy were bathroom scales.
Workouts can also be adjusted to fit your goals and schedule. I asked to incorporate more stretching and flexibility into mine and Amy added additional flex training to help me progress. I was also able to send in videos and get feedback on my form, so I now have a much better idea on how to use weights (I really like weights now)
What you have to do
You will need to calorie count and weigh all your meals during the program. This is to monitor your eating, just in case you need to adjust it, not to restrict it. I was skeptical about calorie counting but I do feel like I have a better understanding of what components make up a healthy diet. The workouts are hard, but also very fun. Its also super rewarding to see how you progress with workouts as well as on the scales.
The bad stuff
I only have one minor complaint about the program and thats that I didnt know how much it was before the initial call when I had to decide (I had a ballpark idea but not an actual number). I understand that Amy wants to have a chance to sit down with you and discuss your goals before giving you a price but it did make me feel a little less in control of the purchase meaning I had a lot of anxiety when starting. I did get results quickly though and felt that it was money well spent so this is very much a nit pick. Had I known the figure before the call, I still definitely would have signed up.
Would I reccomend?
Absolutely! I've gotten so much out of this experience. Not only did i shed my lockdown weight (11kg in 12 weeks) but I've learned that I really like weight lifting, have more knowledge about nutrition and old aches and pains I had before are dramatically reduced

I signed up with Amy at the beginning of the year after realising I’d put on nearly a stone and none of my clothes fit. I needed to be held accountable and guided.
Amy did just that. She was encouraging without being pushy. Holding me accountable, teaching me about nutrition and helping with some great workouts that also worked in flexibility. Thanks to Amy I can now do a half handstand and hold it for a minute. Never done that before in my life! I’ve lost a total of 5.5kg and can now fit into my clothes again!

Amy lemon fitness review
I finally decided I needed to do something about my weight, I had tried doing it on my own and I had also tried joe wicks 90 day plan however I always failed to stick to it and the meal prep was too time consuming. I contacted Amy who was really approachable and made me feel comfortable to be open about how I feel about the way I look etc. Amy was really supportive and with her clear guidelines and instructions I have managed to lose 7.7kg in 12 weeks! For me this incredible. The first 2 months I really stuck at it and the scale showed this. This last month has been a month with a number of celebrations and illness which means I have sometimes veered of my plan and not done the workouts however with Amy’s guidance and my own dedication I have still lost weight this month!
