Awful customer service and support
Awful customer service and support. I ordered a perfume within the European Union and they ship from Italy, yet after over two and a half weeks it hasn’t arrived and they gave me a frozen tracking number. It never updates.
Never again! They never give me a proper response per email, just the same useless tracking that doesn’t update. Be aware of this fraudulent shop.

Good variations of perfumes, terrible shipping rates
They have very good variations of gourmand perfumes. I was so excited but got disappointed really fast. Amyris charge 30 EUR for shipping even if it is within EU (usually rate is 10-25 eur max, I did benchmark from official GLS website which Amyris claim they use, with big exaggeration it was 24 eur. I asked why they charge 30 eur, the answer was "I ship perfume"). They also provide free shipping only for orders up to 500 EUR! Apologies, but I ordered some niche perfume in the past and I was offered free shipping from 150 eur above.
Needless to say I was so excited to go and order some i Matti perfumes but if shipping cost is 50% of perfume price and the company is selling it next door, plus they do not even explain to you why.. I will have to think about it hard.
