It's always a pleasure visting Amy's Pet food store, there is always a friendly welcome, plus my dog enjoys the tasty treats that I buy.

My large breed dog’s food from Amy is just what he needs for his nutrition and sensitive stomach. I’ve been with Amy’s for 4 to 5 years now and don’t intend to change. Also, deliveries are always timely and Amy is professional and attentive.

Shopped at Amy's (and Ella's)for 3 years now. Gave us the opportunity in her very welcoming shop to socialise our puppy with other doggos.
Knowledgeable and friendly advice. Never pushy for a sale, just the dog's best interest at heart. Respects owners decisions on what they choose to feed their dogs. Listens to each owner, advises on her own products and the reasons for them.

Found this wonderful pet store by chance beautiful items and customer service i ordered the unicorn and dreams lead which arrived today so beautiful and received a free sample of lamb treats which rogue loved thank you I will certainly shop here again

Absolutely fantastic service. Not many shops like this around these days! The kind that are not in it for a quick buck, but the ones that actually take the time to identify your needs and help you with their wealth of experience. I have been looked after by Amy the last few times I have visit and the advice she has given me has been invaluable. Great little place for pet owners. Highly recommend!!

Amazing shop and people! Have been coming to Amy's for years and knowing that you have someone there that has the knowledge of animals and their needs, is second to none. My dog Ralph has been struggling with food intolerance for a while and has always been on raw. However after noticing changes in his fur and how uncomfortable he has been, this is also after spending hundreds at a vets to find out what he could be allergic to, after speaking with Amy in length about it and as much as I didn't want to change his food, have changed over to Amy's own hydrolyzed food. This wasn't something that was done lightly and this was thoroughly researched before trying it, but within the 2 weeks he has been on it. His stomach has settled, his skin looks 10 times better and even has a shine to it! When he was on raw, we didn't know if he would have a good day or bad day going to the toilet and his skin was horribly flaky and itchy. 100% recommend Blakes Luxury pet food - Peptide+ dog food.

Such a wonderful little shop and business. Have ordered online and bought direct from going in to the store, and received amazing customer service every time. You can tell Amy absolutely loves her job, and loves welcoming all pups in to the shop. She is really knowledgeable about everything pet related, and it’s clear she won’t sell you anything she doesn’t believe wouldn’t be right for your pet. She’s so lovely and is always in the shop working hard. Her other staff members are so lovely too, and the shop is always stocked and presented so nicely. There’s a toy box for when dogs pop in, and she recommends letting them off the lead and letting them have a run around and a sniff - I loved this as I was nervous my puppy was going to go mental but she was so right, as soon as he was off the lead and having a sniff he was calm. He loves going there as he has so much fun and means I can shop whilst he is entertained.
So worth popping in to her, the shops around her are really sweet too, the whole of Blake End is worth a visit. Or if you live too far then shop online.
I found the shop through instagram where she also does lots of useful posts about pet things, and everything is made better by the fact she is a small business and supports other small businesses too. Amy has her own treats brand, and has just written a book, she’s an all round great business owner it appears there’s nothing she can’t do!
So happy we stumbled across this little Gem, and keep doing what you’re doing Amy (and co.) because you’re brilliant !

I absolutely love visiting Amy’s Pet Supplies at Blake House! The owner is so knowledgeable and always happy to give advice. There’s an amazing selection of natural treats for my dog and my dog loves the Blakes range of kibble – it’s like a little treasure trove every time I visit. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the service always feels so personal and caring. Highly recommend for any pet lover! 🐾

Amy stocks her own brand food, and we use her recently launched vet approved gastrointestinal kibble for Koda who has a bit of a sensitive stomach. She absolutely loves it!

Amy's always on hand for help and advice, she's not biased towards her own products or fake sales pitches, she gives real honest advice.

Koda loves the time in the store, and yanks our arms walking from the car park to get inside. Amy and Ella have made us welcome from day one with the challenging bundle of wrecking ball fluff we have in Koda.

Always popping in to get natural treats for my dog, we also switched our kibble to Amy’s brand as it was nutritious and also cheaper than Pooch & Mutt plus our dog hoovers it down. Her knowledge is second to none and she has a real passion for animals with their best interest at heart.

Amy is so knowledgeable about everything to do with our pets. A fully stocked shop, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for
