They don't do refunds so had to exchange. The top I exchanged was for something different and was still too big. When trying to exchange, it only shows up my original order so I can't do a straight exchange on the website. I messaged the WhatsApp explaining this and there has been no reply. What's the point in having a WhatsApp account if you don't respond? So now I'm stuck with clothes that are too big and I will not wear. Will not be ordering from here again.
Also one of the Nike ticks are already peeling off on the top and I haven't even worn it yet. Dread to think what it'll look like when I wash it.

Very unhappy with service and communication from customer service. I ordered a personalized onesie for my daughter and granddaughter at least three weeks prior to Mother’s Day. They sent me a tracking number but when I tracked there was no such tracking number. I notified the company by email regarding tracking about 7 days before Mother’s Day an two days later I got an email saying something went wrong with my order and they reordered it again. By that time I knew I would not receive it by Mother’s Day and told them it would be useless and that I would cancel and want my money back. They should have checked with me prior to automatically reordering since it was their screw up. They refused to cancel and return my money due to it being personalized. It finally arrive at the main postal center in my town on May 12th. As I predicted it is useless to me. I would not recommend ordering from them. Also, the only communication was by email.

I also would have given zero stars. Phone case arrived snd it’s shocking quality - cannot submit a claim form , a refund form or even a contact form as it won’t allow you to. My young son spent £20 of his birthday money on this and is most upset.AVOID AT ALL COSTS ....

I guess I should've read some reviews!! I'm from Canada and bought a phone case. First of all it took 2 months to come in, second the case was flimsy and cheap( I paid $29 american for it) third the case didn't cover the full phone. Horrible product!! Horrible customer service!! Never again but I guess that's what they expect 1 and out!!!

If I could I wouldve given 0 stars. Absolute terrible company, terrible product, arrived way too late and they said that I would qualify for a refund but when I asked for it they either didnt reply or said they were sending a reprint for a poster. Sent about 6 claims and they literally didn't reply to any of them, its like talking to a robot that never replies. Also bad quality product, my poster came all folded up, crazy for such an expensive poster.

Do not ever do business with this company. They will double your order, promise to send confirmation number by e-mail which you will never receive. Don't answer the phone, you can try live chat but no agent will ever respond, you can not e-mail them without a order number you never received and same goes for filing a claim. Good luck with this company

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AND NEVER PAY IT ONLINE. THEY WILL PULL YOUR DATA AND CONTINUE WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM YOU RANDOMLY. I ORDERED ONE PHONE CASE (which came ok)AND AFTER COUPLE OF DAYS THEY STARTED TO SEND YOU NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT THE ONLINE PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER YOU NEVER MADE. THEY SENT YOU NOTIFICATION ABOUT ANOTHER AND ANOTHER ORDER.
BUNCH OF THIEVES. IN ORDER SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED TO YOU, CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY SO THEY BLOCK YOUR CARD AND ASK FOR THE REFUND. THEY SHOULD HELP YOU WITH THAT.

Pleeeease! Stop to buy on this website ! They stole some designer illustration's! THEY STOLE ONE OF MY ILLUSTRATION! We must to close this ugly website QUICKLY!!!!

This company markets essential workers during this pandemic and then uses the good nature of those workers to give false confidence in their product. They take months to deliver on sold goods. No disclaimer. They take only minutes to charge your card. Extremely disappointing and extremely vague and canned comments from their customer service when following up on your order.

Using artwork without the artists permission. When complaint received they took the items down, then put them back up again. Disgraceful

Sadly it's not possible to leave no stars.
This company is blatantly stealing artworks from the artists websites and social media. They then, when a complaint is made, try to pass off the theft onto a fictitious third party.
If the art is stolen, how likely do you think you are to receive what you have paid for?
No better than the Nigerian Prince and his fortune which he will share with you.

Blatant copyright infringements on many of their designs. It appears to be done intentionally as they are blanking out the hard working original artist signatures!
Terrible company! Do not buy from this organisation.
Support original artists that actually have the talent and do the hard work!

WARNING - Do not purchase printed products from this company.
They blatantly use artists' work including my own without permission. This is a breach of copyright laws and an illegal act. Legal action is being taken right now to stop their law breaking activity.
They are lifting low resolution images from artists' websites, social media and the like, then offering illegal reproductions that are also of a very low quality.
You have been warned!

After looking on the site I discovered at least 6 items with stolen art work, breaching numerous copy right laws from hard working artists were being sold

Routinely selling items using artwork that has been stolen from websites or social media with any watermarks removed

I bought a hoodie and the design was put on the back instead of the front. The problem is the hood covers the design that was printed on the back. Not happy .

Do not order from them! They can’t spell and not willing to correct the issue
