Never again

Used 2 times, QR scanner did not work, had to wait and negotiate with help desk to get my out of the parking lot. I was 30 minutes late, and they let me pay 12,50 euro. So this is based on a 600 euro daily rate. Dont respond to emails, never will use this option again. My advise to all passengers: take a Flix bus!

I tried to book 7 months out from my flight to get a cheaper price (as they advertise) because they only have a few spots that are cheaper. There was no cheap option but then the next time I looked there was a cheap option but it was sold out! ANA cheap options do not exist.

The whole parking is a scam there are no signposts to the entrance and we apparently used the wrong one and were held to ransom for 200 euros or we could not leave. When we complained we were only offered the initial 48 euros we had paid and they knowingly make it as difficult as possible to find the right entrance which is not signposted - the one we used just looked like it had an uber advert above it. They are shameless scammers.

Lisbon Airport Parking terrible…

Lisbon Airport Parking terrible experience.

I, unfortunately, had the experience of parking in an official ana.pt car park at Lisbon airport. It was paid in advance and the scanner did not work on my arrival. The helpful staff member on the intercom told me to take a ticket and call the intercom when I arrived back 5 days later. On arriving back at approx 21.45 I did as was asked. No answer. I waited for foe over 20 minutes and kept trying to call someone. Eventually, I had to pay 119.40 to get out. The next day I wrote and had to wait over 6 weeks to get a response. They refused to refund anything. So after their failure and following their instructions they took nearly €200 from me for what was €72 parking. I asked for a further response and they have ignored my last email. Terrible customer service. But very profitable for them.
