Appalling customer service!

I ordered and pay in full for my bike in June 2020. The estimate delivery date when I ordered my bike was clearly stated for July 2020. I appreciate the all world stopped because of COVID, but this company is using this as an excuse!!

Despite me asking over and over to have a delivery date all I am getting are annoying generic messages with stupid diagram showing me the journey of my bike!! (I am not a kid so I care less of those stupid diagrams!)

The last promise i received was in early September when they stated the bike was to be delivered in 4 weeks (end of September early October).
We are now mid October and I stil don’t know where I will get my bike!
I paid for my bike, over £1,500 in June.

How do they think this is acceptable??
By any means this is the worst customer service I ever received.

Same here

Same here, we payed £950.00 .....for early bird offer (with free mudguards, but no sign of them on invoice) back in June 2020, only to find they wanted another £350.00 vat and delivery...delivery cost is £80.00. it's in very small print on payment page ( easy to miss) . Not heard a whisper despite emails , abysmal contact system, no phone support. They say you'll get an email when the delivery Is due...? When is that then?. Be aware that buying is not the same as pledge. Trying to get info is disjointed.....they send you to indigo then there's a backers site, it's a complex way of buying something. Why not just sell em on ebay? It's a young company, they're adjusting to demand ,slowly . Like buying a house and being told that the keys will be with you when we have more information and that is we don't really know...... buyer beware....

Cannot get a hold of Analog Motion!

We ordered a bike from Analog Motion a few weeks ago. After placing our order we got notified the bike would be delayed. Ever since we have been trying to contact them for a status update for expected delivery date. We cannot get a hold of them; they do not respond to messages to their customer service, when you call you get a voicemail saying they will call back (they don't) and they don't respond on their Facebook page. Starting to worry either the company is (almost?) going bust. Be aware of this issue before you order from them! We saw on their FB page that there is another customer with this issue. As soon as we do hear from them and/or receive our purchase, we will update our review. Until then, this is not a trustworthy company!

Update: we eventually heard from the company. not sure what it was that made them reach out. Our order should be arriving this month. So at least we know a) it's an actual company and b) they are still in business. Proper customer service however is lacking.
