This bracelet is such a gorgeous piece to add to my jewelry collection. It feels like amazing material and has already had some dings here and there (due to my baby getting a hold of it!) with absolutely no tarnish or scratches. This bracelet is so beautiful in color and the little diamonds add such a beautiful touch!

I have been wearing this necklace for a week now, and I keep getting compliments on it! I've also been wearing it in the NYC heat and during workouts, and it hasn't tarnished at all. I know I've only worn it for a short time, but I've had lower-quality jewelry start fading after a single wear. My only note would be that I thought the charm on the necklace was going to be bigger because of the product image, but that could be on me for not reading the dimensions properly. Other than that, I love the necklace, and it is easily a great addition to my jewelry staples! I'm excited to recommend the brand to friends and family moving forward.

I had a defect on the clasp on my earring that unfortunately caused it to fall off my ear and become lost. Thankfully, Cherry on the customer service team was extremely helpful and guided me through the process on what to do.

Cherry was supportive, courteous, and professional. She found the specific email and order number for my purchase months ago, despite the fact that I didn’t know which I had used, and directed me to the warranty claim website. She was committed to helping me and responded to every email I sent in a timely manner with a positive attitude. She has exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in a friendly and polite manner.

I cancelled my subscription with this company in January. I noticed on my billing statement a charge for July when I haven’t bought an item since January! I went back to February in my bank history and have noticed a charge every month! I WILL be getting a refund for the charges on my card for the last SIX MONTHS when I CANCELLED my subscription SIX months ago!!!!!! Do not sign up with this company !!! DO NOT! Buy items elsewhere!

Ana Luisa customer service is really great and they were very helpful! Great quality bracelet and no problems with my order.

Received my order it was incorrect, contacted Anna Luisa, they answered right away and corrected the problem and had my new product in the mail within two days. I was very happily surprised at how quickly they resolve the issue.

I ordered an earring bundle online because the physical store refused to sell the product, despite being advertised. When I made the purchase, I then received an email that I signed up for a membership trial for $3.95, which was a surprise to me. I did not sign up for a trial. Ana Luisa does not have customer service. They have a chatbot that refuses to refund this fraudulent fee. I've made repeated attempts to have the charge removed. My credit card company is now investigating the fraud.

Buyer beware. This company has poor business ethics.
