I bought 50 wishlist service. It was delivered on time but did not see impact on booking activities

Scammer, we have paid for a ¨Wishlist service¨ that we have never received. Over 3 months sending messages to Daniel with no answer.

After HOURS of Youtube videos, tinkering & analyzing on my own, I was still unclear on how to make my price strategy yield the greatest possible profits from my Airbnb Villa. One hour with Danny changed that. I now have massive clarity. And he didn’t just “fish for me”; he taught me “how to fish” as well. Highly recommend!

Danny is a super nice guy and really smart, but after spending almost $1400 on his services and implementing everything he suggested (other than instant booking), it did nothing to increase my inquiries or conversions.

And my job should have been an easy one. My villa is a 5-star (31 reviews) magazine cover stunner in Los Cabos. My reviews are off the charts.

This was a simple "Help me adjust to #AirBNBust" job vs a "Help me polish this t___" job.

I expected much more in terms of results.

UPDATE: I’m glad Danny responded because it reminded me that the moment I decided to leave him this review was the moment he said to me, “no one knows, not even pricing tools”, what your correct pricing should be.



I thought that was such a ridiculous statement on its face.


Danny’s Superhost Listing Optimization package is based on optimizing 3 things for your listing: (1) TEXT, (2) IMAGES and (3) PRICING. I paid $800 for this package (in addition to several hundred more dollars for multiple video calls).

“PRICE” is literally in the name of several of the dynamic pricing tools he promotes, the most obvious one being Pricelabs (Price + labs). Their tagline is “Increase revenue and occupancy with Pricelabs’ dynamic pricing tool”.

I don’t think it was unreasonable for me to assume that between Danny’s value proposition (listing optimization - text, image and pricing) and a professional price optimization tool that I would end up with optimal pricing.

His claim that his approach is to “teach” and not “implement” is patently false. The first thing he asks for when you purchase that program are your login credentials so he can “implement his optimization” for your listing. So…NO…I didn’t hire a teacher. I hired a service to optimize my listing.

 I understand that he also wants to teach people to optimize their own listings (ie his book) but that's not the offering I paid for.

Finally, while I did ask for something specific in the beginning (ie that we optimize for 10 days of rentals per month ideally as consecutive as possible, because I was living in the house), I also asked him to ensure that I was priced correctly to get that.

When that didn't work and I ended up moving to another city, I hired him to strip out those settings and just optimize it for maximum occupancy.

Still hasn't worked.

This is exactly what I needed. This is a complete system for running your Airbnb - either by yourself or by running a team. Had a fabulous experience with Danny from OpimizeMyAirbnb, he knows all the tricks. I wasn't seeing the ROI that I wanted from my listings, Danny addressed all of my concerns and he was very patient while I thought on which package I was going to get. In the end I thought it was prudent to get the big one, so I did. It was complete in a surprisingly fast timeframe, and I saw a huge increase in bookings, I became a Super-Host in a matter of weeks. I can't recommend this enough, if someone wants to actually make money from Airbnb than you should get Danny to work on your listing - he used to work for Airbnb, so he knows exactly what their computers are looking for, and the statistics on user experience.

BUYER BEWARE! this guy got paid to optimize our airbnb listings.
little he mentioned that as part of that he added a snippet of his airbnb affiliate code and lyft affiliate so he could make revenue out of our listings. he got paid for consulting and instead, he spammed our listing without our permission.
What a scam. I'm so disappointed with this breach of trust.
