Fixed issues

The moving broker gave us a lot of issues but Anapa were nothing but professional, they handled the job and made the process much less stressful than I expected.

Oleh and Alex did a great job with with the pick up of my items today. They worked efficiently while also using the utmost care carrying out and storing my possessions. Oleh did a thorough job keeping me informed and updated about cost breakdown.

This team is next level. Not just movers — these are real ones, the kind of people you call when life flips upside down and you need order, speed, and trust.

I swear, they came through like superheroes.
📦🚚 They showed up on time, moved everything with care, no stress, no drama — just clean, precise, positive energy.
Always cool, always respectful, and most importantly — they GET IT.

As I review some of the customers poor…

As I review some of the customers poor experiences with damaged items, lack of respect and care by crew leader I would like to offer my thoughts.

Anapa moving claims to care about their customers yet this is difficult to believe as they attempt to complete moving jobs by hiring the least amount of help possible.
This result in the employees not taking breaks; as a result care can be lost handling items as workers are not given a moment to rest. ( For example a 10 hours shift with no break).
This creates poor care and attention to everyone involved.

Anapa moving will soon respond so this comment with comments such as " we don't recognize service provided to you", or some other type of evasion.

Let us apply basic common sense.
These comments are not to ruin Anapa moving; simply make corrections ( hire enough labor, provide care to customers, be respectful all the time).
Take it as constructive criticism for the betterment of you company and customers.

Awful experience from start to finish

Awful experience from start to finish, lots of damaged items, over charged for moving a safe and it never got moved into the house the manager is a piece of work I would look for any other moving company F rated by the Better Business Bureau! Do your research and pick a real quality company with a good track record unlike Anapa moving! Additionally you will need some sort of translator additionally to understand anyone at the company.

Not at all professional Broken items…

Not at all professional Broken items and refused to move items because not enough room in the van. Lost several items. Did not have me sign departure inventory and was not my signature. Did not leave me with any paper work.
Have filed a claim and noted disrespect for me and my items. I am 80 years old and was left with many things I could not move myself.
Claim settlement is a travesty
Would NEVER used them

Moved from FL to HI - military PCS

Moved from FL to HI. I knew it would be a long move but ended up taking 3 extra weeks to revive our boxes, desk and a dresser. The dresser was misplaced and had to be delivered a day later, when I got it the knobs were missing and there were leaves on it? The leaves threw me off. The safe shipping company and men who packed it up were saving grace as they were kind and communicated alright.
PS for Military moves - although the representatives will say they work with PCS moves they don’t🤦🏻‍♀️. This was our first PCS move and we were supposed to get reimbursed but the company IS NOT one of the companies that work with military. This was our first move and figured that out the hard way.

While we do assist military families with moves, we are not currently part of the DoD-approved carrier network, and we apologize that this wasn't made clearer upfront by SafeShip.

Horrible

Absolutely horrendous moving company. Do not use. They were late picking up my items and showed up unprofessionally. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and they keep extending delivery and can never locate the truck. Horrible customer service and they lie to you saying the truck left and it didn’t. I regret using this company. They are extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
