I bought a suit that was supposedly from the Maria B brand, but it's clearly a low-quality imitation. After just one wash, the fabric completely deteriorated and started to fray all over .When I went back to the store for a refund, they refused. Anyone familiar with Maria B knows their quality is superior; what they're selling here is cheap fabric at exorbitant prices. Don't be fooled by their claims, save your money and buy elsewhere. I wasted £70 for nothing; my Eid was a disaster, and I don't understand how they can treat customers like this.

When you're buying, the girls are very nice, but when you have a problem because of them and you still go with the receipt, they don't want to help you or listen to you.

Package never arrived/emailed but no response. Its been nearly 4 weeks for standard 5 to 7 day delivery. Will be returning packaging straight away as longer needed.

Bought a suit from the website paid £95 plus postage. It clearly states on there website there is a returns policy as long as the suit is in exactly the same condition as it was when received. Tried to return the suit was told to contact store so I did. The person on phone very rude as soon as I said I wanted to return the suit. Not professional at all. Was told they don’t have a returns or exchange policy. Very disappointed and do not recommend them at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service and delivery times was expected a next day delivery by paying extra. Would definitely not be shopping here again

If you’re not happy with your purchase then remember that there’s no help for you. Once you’ve bought something then it’s like getting blood out of a stone to try and get your money back.

Absolutely,wonderful, world class service and products. Visited the shop so many times, absolutely dream shop. This is an honest review. We havnt had a boutique like this in decades. Ive been a few times since last week and its closed, went today aswell and it was shut. Rumours are its shut down. Very upset dissappointed. We dont get anything good around here and when we do it shuts down.:(

I visited the Nelson store this week to find an outfit for an upcoming wedding I have. There was loads to choose from. There was a girl with headscarf that was working who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service and the best clothes. We bought 7 blue suits for Eid with 1 green suit. They looked amazing, pictures don’t do justice to their own designs. Definitely recommend to come and see in person.

The customer service at this store is amazing. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they just always seem to go out their way to help me find the perfect outfit.

By far the best clothing shop in Bradford. They stock the latest brands and are always on trend. They even have their own range. Customer service is always on point every time I visit. Very friendly ladies who are always happy to help.

Items were reasonably priced, staff were very friendly and approachable..found the perfect outfit..definitely would come back (hoping you'll bring more new variety of clothing)
