I have a regular appointment for maintenance on my back, this keeps me supple and free from any niggles.
Up till now Alex has attended to me but as she is otherwise engaged at the moment (congratulations Alex) Darya stepped in to give me the once over. I was very happy with the attention I received and would recommend her.

Another good session from Jodie. She really understands how I want to continue my running and is doing all she can to manage the injury and get me back to 100% asap. Can't recommend her highly enough - she keeps me sane!

Excellent treatment with full explanation and great facilities. Darya was attentive and actually listened and was guided by my feedback which made the treatment healing process much easier (strained ligaments)

Daraya is a very charming young Lady with a considerable knowledge of her subject and very good in her physiotherapist techniques.

I saw Darya today for my stiff lower back. I can say after my treatment, it feels so much looser. Darya was very attentive and when she was working on my back, made sure it wasn’t too painful. Highly recommend Darya at ANA Therapies

Friendly approachable staff. I had a knee injury which left with an ache. It was diagnosed treated with powerful massage and ultrasound over a period of three months. The treatment worked I am delighted

Treatment with Darya for a long standing injury to my elbow. I was so impressed not only with the treatment but also how thorough the consultation was.
