Not a good fit
I sent you an email and received no reply for over a week.
Pleased to say Anatomic have responded and explained the reason for the delay. While disappointed that the head office shop which features on the Internet is no longer open at this time I look forward to trying other styles if shoes as I have been a customer for many years and previously had found their shoes very comfortable. I have therefore upgraded my previous review.

Unbelievably great customer service and reaction times. I got wrong shoe size, sent them back on Saturday, acknowledgement of the change by 11am Monday and new shoes with me Tuesday. Fit and look amazing, thank you

I have had many pairs of shoes from Anatomic and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the style and the shoe colour and quality of the colour finish.
It is unfortunate to have to return them and lose the postage cost.
I will be more careful in any future purchases.
