Don't accuse anyone of being irresponsible when they're not even a customer.
I never authorized a subscription and I was just charged for it. True I'm angry and it definitely showed. However, I know when I've had fraudulent activity. I don't care what their system says or if they say subscription came from a secure connection with my email. Doesn't prove anything. Thieves can steal your information before you even leave the bank. Coming from anyone's email is not proof. Thieves can get every bit of your information without a lot of work on their part. To insinuate someone is on the hook for a big charge for not being responsible is incredulous. I've never been a customer nor would I ever be, especially after experiencing this. Wow. Horrible customer service and I'm not even a customer.
