Scam
Scam. Selling a fake knockoff product. So frustrated that I was duped.

Scam. Selling a fake knockoff product. So frustrated that I was duped.
Same things Greta said. took months to ship, missing "mystery bonus", wrong flavor, and to top it all off, a very poor product. You won't even trust what you're chewing...the product and packaging are disgusting. Order 7298
Never received my order after over a month. Contacted customer support and they never responded. This is a total scam!
Scam scam scam. Wrong gum flavour no extra mystery box that was supposes to arrive with the package. No response from customer service when these detail were pointed out. Also arrived after over a month from China, rather that the company promised 5 days max no refund no response no accountability
I wish I had searched before ordering. This is definitely a scam. The packaged too 5 weeks to get from me, originated over seas, and was not even the same company name or label as what was on the website. The name & address on the shipping label is a guy who has several complaints on BBB as a scammer.
Of course, I can’t get a response to my email. I guess I have to go through my credit card company. So disappointing.
Gum went to several different countries for no reason, took a month and showed up with completely different branding and ingredients. This is not what I ordered. Radio silence from customer service. Absolutely insane, chargeback initiated.
It was a completely different product than advertised, and it took over a month longer than specified to be delivered with no updates. Customer service ignored me, and the package came with no free gift as advertised. Absolutely never buy
Scam. They sell other brand's gum at a higher price. My order also excluded an item
The company Ancestral Gum is very dodgy.
The items they shipped to me weren't even their own - they sent me a cheaper gum made by an company, and charged me a large markup on top of that.
They also said that they'd send 3 items to me, but what they supplied was the cheap gum and a discount code for a next purchase. A code is not an item they can provide as a product. They just lied.
So far, their customer service is a joke. Not responding to my emails, just trying to sell me more cheap products that aren't even their own.
Selling another company's gum (Underbrush) at a 100% markup. Total scam.
Totally different product delivered. They're trying to copy Nathan&Sons Underbrush product (they copied their videos on instagram to promote this "Ancestral" nonsense) and what I was delivered was totally different to the photo on their site even. Took them weeks to deliver despite the 4-day estimate on the site before ordering. I suspect what I've been delivered is a normal gum with xylitol, none of the beneficial ingredients stated. Total jokers.
Scam, fake reviews, lies in marketing, extreme markups for mediocre gum. Stay away!
