Customer service are amazing as my monthly prescription was lost in transit & they immediately sent out another one so I wasn’t without it & having a gap in taking my collagen.
Emails are very informative & beautifully presented & a very ethical company & I feel we are all helping each other feel stronger & the future can be brighter together.

Worth a try for the benefits
I believe this product is working wonders for my skin, looks more plump, wrinkles not as noticeable, hair seems more tolerant and less falling out, muscles feel better less aching.
Only things i feel could be improved is a five week delivery as 4 weeks to soon and sometimes get billed twice in one month which i struggle to afford and over this I run out and can be without for a week hence not keeping up this collagen, so trying to do four weeks, but money wise may have to stop as cannot afford twice a month, on going.
Product is very good otherwise and no complaints.
Been using around sox months i think.

I've been using True Collagen, True Hydration and True Creatine since the start of the year and after a few months the results really show. I keep the hydration at work to have in the day, take collagen in the morning in my tea and creatine in a protein shake. I've noticed a difference to my hair and skin and generally feel better. Also love the little givaways you get every so often - it's a really nice touch!

I’m very happy with my product, I feel the difference. It’s great to have it a subscription makes it easy & it’s still easy to cancel or push a week back if u don’t need it. The only thing that would make it excellent would be the price been abit cheaper. I would love to have both collagen & creatine but can’t afford both.

Great delivery…
I have collagen on subscription every month, the delivery is always fast and in time. I can postpone or expedite it, if needed, with ease. I've never had to contact customer service so I can't comment but I have no complaints at all.
