If you are are a prospective client, considering hiring AND to carry out any form of technical work, I'd highly recommend that you avoid at all costs.
They can talk the talk, but not walk the walk. Technical skill is abysmal, projects over-run, usually resulting in excess cost. The final product delivered will be of such poor quality that maintaining it will be costly and challenging.
They are financially struggling at the moment, and after laying off 20% of their workforce, they're now outsourcing technical work off-shore to (even) lower skilled engineers.
Save yourself time, money and hassle- go with any other consultancy out there, and avoid AND like the plague.
