Excellent service

We took our shark duo cleaner in for a service,as its 5 years old and had lost performance. 2 days later we were called to tell us it was ready. Wow! The difference is incredible and the performance is like it was on day 1. We also asked for a repair job to be done and, after assessment, Andersons decided that the cost would be too much to justify as the repair was just a small plastic bracket, with a hefty price tag, that did not affect hoover function. They could have hit us up for a big repair bill there! BRILLIANT service from start to, well now as the vac is still amazing.
