The item represented on the website does not match the quality of the item I received. The item is a laser cut metal sign and while the various website images show the sign to have clean, sharp lines, the item received has numerous imperfections which detract from its appearance to the point that it cannot be gifted.

I was initially offered $5 compensation by the seller. A second offer of 10% compensation was then made.

I have supplied the seller with a video and have been advised that there are no issues with the quality.

Wasted £40 on a purchase recieved no conformation or order number so assumed the purchase didn't go through, nearly two months later I received the order. A small thin piece of plastic with burn marks all over it from the lazy soldering attempts to stick the lights on and the picture in the center of the frame was cracked straight down the middle like they had snapped the plastic trying to make the design, came in an unmarked box, no order number, no website information, no nothing absolutely waste of time and money for a piece of plastic worth maybe a fiver that I could've made myself at home not to mention the time it took for it to get here is past the refund time and I have no way of requesting a refund or contacting anyone regarding any issues which makes me believe this is just a scam.

Ordered a snow globe, very junky, arrived in a nice box, all parts stuffed in the globe, not anchored or in place, names on plaque were not in correct order, emailed and got nowhere-DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY PURE JUNK!

Cheap tacky looks terrible a right royal ripoff

The product I ordered was the most appalling quality… the picture frame won’t even stand up, made of dirty plastic, I can’t even describe how thrown together it is. I paid over $70 AUD for this gift and no way can I give this to someone.

Do not buy anything from this company. Did not get the product as ordered. Customer service was no help and just said it was my problem. Save your money and buy from somewhere more reputable.

Very disappointed with what was meant to be something very special! I ordered 3 wooden letter M's, one for me, my Mum and my sister, with 10 photos of my daughter on. The idea behind these was to show her journey through primary school as she had just graduated and is starting high school. When I placed the order the photos were added in order from 1 to 10, as in actually photo number 1, photo number 2 etc, but when the products arrived they were completely jumbled up and in no order at all. I emailed them to say I wasn't happy and they just said that if the buyer doesn't contact them with special instructions then they print as they come. I went back to check the website thoroughly, as well as my email confirmation, and nowhere did it say to contact them for special instructions. So I replied again advising that and they just said again you should have contacted us. So I then requested to return the items to which they replied well you can but it will take a long time and we'll only refund you 70% back and you have to cover the shipping as well. These weren't cheap either at $80aud each but for something that should have been so special I didn't mind. I also lodged a complaint with PayPal who have just rejected my claim as well. Very very poor customer service, and although the physical quality of the actual product was good, it was definitely not what I ordered

First they had to remake it
Then they said it got lost after they said they sent it
So I asked for a refund and they were fine to give it back

I bought a blanket with a photo of my daughters on it. What was a 1 star review has now turned into a 4 star review because the item finally arrived and it's actually quite nice. It's a blanket with a photo of my daughters on it. Thanks andnever. I give 4 stars because the blanket is qbit faded on one of the faces but overall I'm happy.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, I sent 9 emails and 6 complaints through PayPal. They’ve ignored me , not sent me anything, taken £40 off me and I am so fuming that they are supported and made to look legit. Just before Christmas and robbed. Do not trust them please!!!

I like them. They made an error with the sizing of my order but sent me a replacement. The quality of the pillow they produced for me is even better quality than the ones I ordered in the states. So I'm ordering from these people again.

A simple acrylic slab with a photo and anniversary date is not hard to do... but the print quality was so bad I just couldn't believe it. The picture looks exactly like it was printed off of the first HP inkjet printers, before they got colors right on home printers. Overexposed, very pink tone, and equivalent to 480p quality detail. This would've been a nice product 20 years ago. Not now.

They don’t even deserve one star!!!! Despicable quality, unfit for the purpose! Lasted 10 minutes! And the worst thing is PayPal support them!
I tied to cancel my husbands order 8 hrs after placing it on Friday night and they told me it’s too late cos the order had been despatched!!!! They have 24 hrs amendments and cancellation policy stated on the website!
The item supposed to arrive within 5-7 working days - 10 days and waiting!!! Arrived post expected event so there’s was another disgust with the company. However the appalling part was when we opened the parcel and put it together!!! Hunky and misshapen!!! £46 straight to the Bin!!!
Reported to PayPal twice and PayPal cancelled the case on both occasions letting the scammers continue to rob poor ppl blind for stuff that shouldn’t been allowed to advertise never mention sell!!!!

I ordered a photo to be put on a plate and HORRIFIED to open up it and saw that it was NOTHING LIKE the original photo that l’d sent them…
Very POOR quality of colour they use and it came back a pinkish wishy washy looking shade!!!!

Buyer beware. Terrible experience. I ordered the photo hanger with lights. It wasn't assembled and didn't have instructions. I emailed them asking for instructions and they told me to search the internet and sorry for any inconvenience (still can't find anything about how to assemble.) It appears to be missing pieces as well. It also took over a month to arrive. Don't waste your time and money.

Wow very disappointing & very very misleading on sizes, I bought a personalised gift for my mum a heart acrylic block paid over £50 for it & it’s small about the size of my hand & not to mention it’s all printed on the back not inside the block like I thought then two pieces come together, it’s printed on the back with little scratch here & there it would ruin the whole design, names are small hard to read no stand with it, disgusting misleading my advice don’t buy from them expensive products for sure & read reviews carefully if I can upload a picture I will you can see for yourself the items are small & not worth the price & certainly there wasn’t a lot of time & love placed into this product & waiting for delivery was a p*ss take tbh as I thought it was specially made not printed on.

It show the items has been delivered but the tracking number is incorrect and i didn't received anything. they didn't even pick up the call or reply email. waste of money ....... Stay Away

This Website ( AndNever) customised gifts are fake, they don't even have a return or exchange policy but they show it is in their website, it's totally fake.belovedgifts is the seller for that website, f.... people and f.... website, don't trust it. Just waste of our money.
