Visited Andrea Ubhi Dentistry as Dr Adam Glassford came recommended for dental implants.
I had a missing back tooth that over time felt needed replacing to give my bite back. At my initial consultation Adam and his nurse were very welcoming and professional. I had an x-ray which he then fully explained to me and went through the whole implant process.
On the day of my appointment I received the costings for my treatment, with no hidden fees.
I also received a very detailed report a few days later which went into so much more detail of what my problem was and what to expect.
After recently completing my treatment, which was fantastic from start to finish, I now have my complete bite back.

I had been a patient of Adam Glassfords for 10 years, when I made the terrible decision to have my veneers replaced by him and an implant. I trusted him and the Andrea Ubhi brand and I am only writing this review so that no one else goes through what I did. Unfortunately in my opinion, and other dentists opinions, the work was not carried out with reasonable care or skill. The end result was disastrous. One dentist described them as 'tombstones'. The teeth were not straight, completely uneven, Ill fitting and too big for my mouth. I was so ashamed of the teeth that I had paid so much money for, that I ended up having remedial work carried out by another dentist at an additional cost. Dr Glassford said it would be impossible to make the teeth straight. However another dentist did this perfectly. When I complained, I felt Dr Glassford acted with complete contempt and arrogance. He kept trying to blame the colour of the teeth, but the issue was not the colour. It was the standard of his work. The clinic has a very good reputation but please be very careful. I wish someone had warned me and I never ever would have gone to Andrea Ubhi.

I always enjoy visiting Andrea Ubhi Dentistry. The family atmosphere created by the staff is second to none. The service brilliant as usual. Nice to see to Adam, Richard and Jade. Also Adam’s dental nurse, who I recognised but forgot the name. Much appreciated to Adam & team.👍
