Ordered some paint online, it says 2 to 4 business days for delivery, chased after 5 days, was told will be with you Tuesday/Wednesday at the latest, its now Thursday still not arrived, no tracking no reply from them, I think they just out to scam people.

Ordered two aerosols, one didn't work, they continually promised to send a replacement, but never did and just went quiet. I would avoid these people as never do what they say.

Order was never sent. Had to chase it up and they said it was because of supplier stock issues. Ended up having to do a chargeback with my credit card because they never gave a refund. You have been warned, don’t use!

I stumbled across Andrews Coating Services as i was moaning about having spent laids on Everest (waste of a LOT of money) Concrete driveway paint and sealant only for petals to stick to it in rain, fade really badly, and peal away after 18 mths.
I spoke to Matt initially and explained my predicament and what i wanted to achieve with the paint and its application, his knowledge is second to none and having qualified my needs unlike the generic paint suppliers his can do attitude and understanding and quick turnaround made me visit hime and pace orders, the fact that you can choose pit of 70k+ colours is great but the fact that they just don't do domestic paints they also do specilaist paints such as hygienic wipe down and commercial and a cast array of other types too...

Money went through on 14.03.25, for two cans of aerosol paint for metal benches- I’ve had no confirmation of order, and no paint has arrived to date.
I can see this is an ongoing issue- so please sort it out and yes, send my order asap, thank you. L. Wood

No confirmation email of order or response to email enquiries whether they had received the order or not. Goods turned up late on day 4 via Evri rather than Parcelforce or FedEx as stated on their website.

Hi, I paid for an order on 21/05/24 and had not heard anything from Andrews Coatings so I chased by WhatsApp . A brief holding message was sent back, but I've still no idea if my order has been processed, is out of stock or whether they are even bothered about my order.

The money has been taken over a week ago.

I am posting here to inform others, who may use this company to see what they can expect, if they still choose to use them.

I will update as/when/if they respond.

Very pleased with service. Items arrived after 5 working days as advertised. Customers are also notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Reasonably priced. Will use Andrews again in future.

Placed an order March 19th, did not arrive. When I contacted them april 3rd I was told its been discontinued.
Poor customer service, no updates, I had to chase them.

It’s been over a week since I ordered and the website said delivery would be in 2-3 days. I emailed to ask if the order had been sent I have received no reply. The chat function on the website doesn’t work. No response to phone call. Zero customer service. Will need to look at getting payment back from credit card.

Carvers Wolverhampton didn't have the paint I wanted for my utility cupboards so they directed me to Andrews Coatings. I am so glad they did .Matt and Azayah were very welcoming and helpful. They had just the colour I wanted and it was only a short wait while Matt collected it for me. I'm very pleased with the new colour and quality of the paint. I wholeheartedly recommend this company

Very poor delivery service. I was told my order would be with me by a certain date. I did not arrive and I had to chase the order. I was then told it would be 5 days later than I was originally advised. Not happy as I had laid on labour to carry out the job. This is the second time I have been let down. Unlikely to reccomend or use again.

Excellent customer care and fast delivery. I called on Monday in a panic and the team at Andrews Coatings were excellent,they calmed me down, tracked my order and delivered 1 day ahead of when it was expected. Thank you every so much.

I can't fault the service and courtesy of this firm. In difficult times, the order was delivered as promised, and when a slight issue arose, it was corrected without question and quickly. I would use this firm repeatedly, and it is refreshing to find such good service nowadays. Also, they stocked the specialist products I wanted, when many were unable to supply. I am a customer for life.

Brilliant staff with excellent product knowledge. They were very helpful and Considering current global pandemic I got my order in 3 weeks. Can’t recommend this company enough!
