I am looking at setting up an EPOS system on a shoe string with no prior knowledge and Alan was so helpful and genuine. All other companies seemed absolutely focused on tying me into expensive contracts but there was only guidance without pressure in my conversations with Alan which was such a relief. I look forward to developing my ideas further with this trustworthy company.

I urgently needed a card machine and I didn’t know where to start. I contacted androidepos.co.uk and spoke with Sinem, she was extremely friendly and helpful and got us up and running. A real pleasure to deal with such a wonderful person and extremely helpful company. I found the website very informative and easy to order from. Thank you very much for your help Sinem.

Bought 3 items. Waited...waited some more. Emailed. Then emailed the rep that was more interested in their referral link about the status of my order to be told they dont have any stock of the item.

Apparently they have processed a refund but I have not received one nor any email saying one has been processed.

Will be giving it until the end of the week before starting chargeback proceedings.

Id check if they actually hold stock of anything before purchasing

I use ANDROID PHONES today but I update it when needed so also not having the SD card available made me lose out on some products but they might be stored in a cloud somewhere. its good.

Very good website and service. Alan has been brilliant to sort my products for me, offering me new ideas to improve as well. I'll be back to get more bits in the near future.

Terrible service - do not use.

Unable to return my item - I have emailed and called numerous times and get a response about 1 in 5 of these. They seem to make it as difficult as possible to return the item and then charge you for doing so.

Amazing Company with faultless personal customer service that actually gives a damn after taking payment for their truly fantastic systems. We now have a user friendly EPOS system that even controls our heating, and music system along with a fancy front display showing our dishes and videos. They are available for any issues and very professional. AndroidEpos also saved us considerable money after switching from W0rldpay.

Anyone looking for a new card machine, this is a completely genuine review of mine.

I looked in to loads, I was using square. I needed something with a sim so I could keep the phone away or not have to be there. Looked at so many machines and cost options. I ended up going with MyPOS. Lee Rymell was so helpful, talked to me through the million questions I had and clarified all costs and even when I double and triple checked costs he was understanding and honest.

Love my new machine, if anyone wants to ask anything I am happy to chat about it. I went with the carbon reader.

I was urgently searching for a card reader supplier as we had an immediate need. Not only did Android EPOS offer an excellent price but they were also able to arrange for a technician to hand it over as he happened to be travelling to the area. Faultless service that deserves success.
