Andy is a great inspiration

Andy is a great inspiration! Have been going to Andy's gyms over many years, in 2 different premesis. Now online too, in these strange Covid times. His nutrition tips are super and easy to follow, as they make sense and the Body Slim courses are a magic formula, it really works!! Great selection of all other types of classes you can think of too! Wouldn't dream to joining a different gym! Thanks Andy and all the trainers in Andy Kenny Fitness!! You are all great motivators and your positive energy is inspirational!!

A brilliant training session

A brilliant training session. Having done in person training with Andy for many years, his online version is just as good and excellent training for enthusiastic cyclists who like to be challenged.

Andy Kenny offers great support for…

Andy Kenny offers great support for people of all fitness levels. Being a member of Andy Kenny gym for 3 years helped me rebalance my metabolism, eat better, get fitter and stronger. I love the small group classes where people of all levels workout together and the instructor supports everyone in a positive and non judgemental way. I can only strongly recommend!

I first met Andy years ago when I was…

I first met Andy years ago when I was looking to get in shape for my wedding. I'm not a typical 'gym person' and had some back issues that I was nervous about but Andy put me right at ease and came up with a program that not only suited my needs but was really enjoyable. I've since moved to Los Angeles and when many businesses went online during the pandemic, I reached out to Andy to see if he would do 1-1 classes over Zoom. Luckily for me he did. I am now 8 months pregnant and Andy has adapted my program to keep me fit and healthy and through simple stretches and exercises managed to alleviate hip pain that my dr nor physio was able to tackle. I am so grateful that I reconnected with Andy. If you have the opportunity to work with him, jump on it. You won't regret it. On top of being a real professional who really listens to what you need and helps you to your goals, he's one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet.

Awesome Spin Classes!

Andy moved online recently, and has adapted his classes to suit the online format well. He uses a bike with turbo trainer to lead the class, but issues instructions in a way suitable for people with either a turbo trainers or a spin bike, I've done the classes with both. He's happy for people to have their webcams off or on. I prefer this to other turbo trainer apps because you can see some of the other people participating, it just feels more real.

Classes are varied, with an emphasis on stamina some weeks, power or speed other weeks.

It can take a class or two to get used to your own setup and where to aim with the gears (Spin or Turbo) but I defy anyone to do his classes twice a week for a month and not see their fitness improving.

His classes are suitable for all levels, and he has a way of getting into your head so you're giving it your all, every time. I'm coming back from an injury and as a low impact, but intense workout, this is perfect for me.

Can't recommend his classes highly enough!
