Just one star because the merchandise did arrive. It was extremely poor quality, and when I tried to return it, the merchandise was bounced back from China, and the company was impossible to contact.
The emails I received as replies to my very specific request for a refund were standard automatic responses. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased 3 items on July 31st and still have not received what i bought. It stated that it was sent out on August 3rd but the tracking (on 1 item mind you) quit showing it's movements on tracking on Aug. 18th. When I looked on line to find out why..I notice that not only do I have my 3 item purchase split up into 3 different deliveries..but they charged me a $14 fee on top of the price for the items, tax, and shipping and handling..that states its an andynzoe added fee..?????what??? I have written multiple times..emails, facebook messages...with no response..I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN...and if your reading this...neither should you...

Not only is order very late- flying in, going thru customs!--3 wks- but I got a scam phone call claiming my credit card was used to buy a chinese computer for $400 & they needed to cancel it and send a new one...but they used only the shipping/phone# associated with this order! They knew nothing about my acct or billing address. It may be too soon to see if this whole operation is a scam- but it is clearly porous to Big Scamsters.

After waiting over 60 days for the dress I ordered June 2, 2020, to arrive it finally did. The company quickly issues a USPS shipping label so that you believe it is actually going to arrive soon. Point in fact, it entrusts the package to a forwarder who then sits on the goods you've ordered for over 60 days. What a rip off. Moreover, the dress I ordered was advertised as a cotton dress. It is 100% polyester -- the label says so and it feels like cheap polyester. What a scam. I'm going to donate the dress.

I purchased several items from Andynzoe, all at the same time. Some arrived weeks ago, and the rest have yet to arrive. Of the clothes that have arrived, the quality is generally poor, with scratchy fabrics, cheap buttons, odd cuts. I should have returned/cancelled the entire order, but I was waiting to see if the undelivered items were any better. They still haven't arrived and now I've missed the return deadline so I'm stuck with what I have. At least I was able to cancel the rest of the order today. I'll never order from them again.
