I strongly believe this company is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago and spent around $170, but all I’ve received is a single poster—none of the other items I paid for ever arrived.

I’ve been in contact with their so-called customer service, and they keep giving me the same response: that the “fulfillment team is working on it.” Weeks later, nothing has changed, and I still haven’t received the rest of my order.

This has been extremely frustrating and feels completely dishonest. I would strongly advise others not to order from this company unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.

Excellent quality prints and brilliant customer service, full marks to the Andy Okay team. When my order got stuck in transit, they sent me a replacement order immediately. The first order eventually arrived so I'm donating to charity as they suggested. Really prompt and courteous service. The green colour on "On My Way" is so bold and beautiful IRL. Highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful piece and is what draws your eye as soon as you walk into the room. It arrived in good condition and was exactly as advertised.
If I didn’t live in a shoebox I would certainly consider buying more!

My experience was terrific and positive from start to finish. The interface was very easy to use and place my order. When I had a question about the product, I got a very swift and helpful response. It has been a positive experience with andyokay.com, from the minute I found the site. I absolutely LOVE my art print, and I was able to give a donation to worthy charities, at the same time. These people truly care about art, the world and humanity. AND, the art is reasonably priced - the matwork and framing were excellent as well.

I am obsessed with the art pieces I ordered and am so excited to place them in my home. My order arrived in two separate deliveries and half was delayed. I reached out via email and received excellent service with an unprompted follow up email confirming I got the second half of my order and ensuring it was in good condition. I recently picked up a few pieces from Andy Okay—specifically the "Small Town Girl," "Wild Thoughts," and "Endless" prints. The art itself is stunning, and I love that the purchase supports both independent artists and meaningful charities. 
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had a bit of a nail-biter with DHL where my package was marked as "delivered" with a signature that definitely wasn’t mine. I reached out to their support team, and Josephine was incredible—she was proactive, empathetic, and ready to open a claim immediately if it didn’t turn up. 
Thankfully, the "missing" art arrived safely just a day later. If you’re looking for unique art from a company that actually has your back when shipping gets weird, this is the place. Highly recommended! 🎨

Poor experience. Ordered on 24th April, and still dont have the print. cant reply to emails, so have to submit a new form on their website each time. each response takes in excess of the 24 hours they aim for. I ordered from good mood prints on the same day and had the item 3 days later. lets hope the quality is worth it

My package was damaged when I received it. Customer service was very helpful and sent me another ont completely free.

We’re so happy with this framed poster — the quality honestly exceeded our expectations. The print itself looks sharp and high-end, the colors are beautiful, and the frame feels sturdy and well made rather than flimsy or cheap. It arrived carefully packaged and was very easy to hang. Definitely looks much more expensive than it was. Would absolutely order again!

I have spent weeks going back and forth reaching out to your “support” I was emailing the was customer service rep Jazz who was no help. I placed my order over a month ago and it looks like it was lost and you never sent me a new print. This has been awful customer service and I’m so disappointed in this company I was expecting more
