I have used Andy pola for 10+ years as I am a UK size 1 which is very hard to find on the high street. I had always been happy with the quality of the shoes from them. However, the boots and shoes I received from the last two orders have been awful quality. The surface of all the boots have cracked and in some cases completely disintegrated, the boots had barely been worn, they had been stored in cool and dry environment, away from light, so the issue was with the materials used and not as a result of mistreatment.
Like other customers, since brexit, Andypola have requested additional payments after the purchase for tax. Overall very poor experience, I will not be making any further purchases from Andypola.

I ordered was quoted price plus delivery costs. I paid them. And then I received a follow up email requesting further payment or they wouldn’t deliver my items. The additional payment, which was not quoted to me at any point prior to purchase, was for triple the cost of the original shipping which wasn’t cheap to begin with. So they were requesting an additional €95 or else they would not deliver the items I paid for. This is a scam, you agree a price you pay it you don’t expect your order to then be ransomed for extra money. If the courier subsequently quoted andypola a higher price that’s andypola’s issue not mine. Demanding additional money to fulfil an agreed contract is bullying thievery and piracy I am completely astounded that they expected me to pay.
Also they store your password in plain text, and they will email your password to you unencrypted in plain text if you request it. Which means scammers can access even more of you password info if your email is compromised. In this age of data leaks, plain text password is unforgivable. Not my biggest issue but you should be aware
