Poor service by Anelec
Regrettably, this company sent an unqualified person to our house, who failed to install our Wiser system, but also managed to disable the central heating too. As this was Friday, it could not be fixed until Monday. During the weekend, we had to heat the house with logs, inconveniently. On Monday a very competent man arrived, and fixed everything. However, he should have come on the Friday. However, they failed to spell my surname properly, and since writing to this company, they have failed to answer our correspondence. This company needs to communicate much better with customers, and understand better, the requirements of jobs.
