I purchased the Julie Silver Dangle Stack and wore it maybe 3-4 times, following care instructions to a T. on the 3rd or 4th wear, I noticed multiple gems had fallen out of the earrings. I contacted customer service and sent photos asking for a either a refund or replacement of only the 2 out of the 6 earrings that were faulty and was told if I wanted them again I had to buy them again even though I only had them a couple of months.

I spent nearly $100 for 2 products . One was chunky earing which does not even clsoe properly and i can not put it on , the second neck chain piece which is not great , tangles alot , doe snit do justice to the photo . I am so so disappointed in the products . They told me neck piece can not be refunded and the earing never been replaced as they agreed on.

I placed an order weeks ago and never received it. Won't reply to my emails.
