Excellent customer service
I have purchased several items from Angel and Rocket and have always been very happy with both the style and quality of their clothes. Most importantly my daughter loves them. Their customer service is also excellent. I recently ordered a dress for Christmas which got delayed in transit. I contacted Angel and Rocket to ask if they could check with the courier as I was worried it might not arrive before Christmas. Nicola replied about half an hour later and said that she had already contacted the courier but due to the season it may take time for them to reply and so immediately offered to send another dress with a different courier at no cost to me to ensure pre Christmas delivery. Ultimately both arrived and I was sent a free return label to send back the extra dress. It was so lovely to deal with a business that genuinely wants to make sure their customers are happy with their service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
