Although unsure at this stage as to whether I just got a faulty one off, I was extremely disappointed to find that the small heart which holds the ashes was only being held in place by the rubber 'o' ring. After losing the ashes, when the small heart fell off, my daughter came home distraught that her grandads ashes had been lost. Upon further investigation, I found that the thread on the screw is very fine and could be pulled out easily.
The item itself is beautiful and my daughter was so pleased when I first gave it to her. However, I would advise checking the thread on the screw before adding ashes and applying some superglue as a second security measure.

Sorry to hear you had issues with the product.
We do advise that the grub screws that secure the ashes chambers, be secured with a metal rated super glue. The O-ring is purely in place for locating the heart in the correct direction in the tightening process, not there for security measures.

Beautiful products and very good quality. Great service and quick delivery. Great customer service and after care.
A clasp on one of the necklaces was faulty. As soon as I contacted them they apologised and sent out a replacement straight away. No fuss, and even sent an extra necklace just in case anything happens to either necklace.
Couldn't have asked for a better service. Easy and fuss free.
