Impossible to contact

Ordered a drag clicker for my reel, after being adviced by the company to which model that would fit my reel. Received the part and it doesn’t fit.

Mistakes happen, so I reached out to the company through mail, instagram and Facebook, but all my messages has been ignored.

Now the company has blocked me from their facebook page.

I must say this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in many years.

Would never recommend anyone to buy from this shop.

Happy to charge you money, but if the part doesn’t fit, it’s simply impossible to return it or get a hold of the company.
