What a disaster of a company

I've been trying to get Angel Springs to pick up our water cooler for over six weeks now as we are leaving the premises and obviously cannot guarantee access to the water cooler after a certain date.

Initially, they seem to have just ignored my first 2/3 phone calls and tried desperately to get business from the incoming tenants (although I would never recommend them to anyone after this experience). I have sent numerous emails to people and to the enquiries email address, gently insisting that we will not have access much longer and they need to collect the water cooler if they don't want to lose it.

We are finally leaving and I gave a last attempt to speak to someone who could sort something out and of course they pretended a driver had come by last week and no one answered the door. A poor excuse given the kind of unhealthy hours that get worked by some people at my office. (Also, a phonecall at the time would've dispelled the possibility that the office was empty. What did the engineer even do for our 30min timeslot?)

It has been frustrating and fruitless and the rep on the phone had the audacity to blame me for calling too late about this despite me initially telling them they only had until the last day of March to collect it!

What a disaster of a company. No accountability, poor note-taking, poor organisation.

Please avoid, they are a very unethical company

We signed up years ago to a company that got bought out by Angel Springs. When we tried to cancel our service recently we got some 12 month rolling contract terms and conditions thrown at us. These terms and conditions were not the ones we signed up to, indeed they couldn't be because our contract was with a different company. The T&Cs were also completely undated, which should always ring alarm bells.

We kept asking them to show us a contract we signed with it stating a 12 month rolling term, but they were unable to do so because we never did. If you start to argue with them then they start threatening legal action.

In my opinion, they are a deeply unethical company and best avoided.

Also, I very strongly suspect their bottled water is tap water. You won't find a single reference to "mineral water" or "spring water" anywhere in their literature.

customer service - what customer service?????

Due to moving to a new fully serviced office, I cancelled our coolers on 20/01/17 before our yearly contract was up. Was then informed that we had to give 3 months notice before end of contract - an impossible request. Never informed of this in initial telephone call to sales team & only made aware of this in small print on contract (not signed). Have been informed that we have to pay for a another complete years hire even though our contract has finished. Promised calls back from Manager and promised recorded evidence of calls - to date - nothing !!!!!!!!!! absolutely shocking company and customer service

Rubbish Customer Service

Trying to close my account after having been with Angel Springs for about 8 years and no one will get back to me - deliveries have been bad after they changed the day to one when we are closed. I have asked for telephone contact beforehand to arrange for someone to be present, but we still ended up almost 2 months without a delivery. Despite many requests for a call, no one has got back to me. They have also said we had a delivery which we had not and the person that supposedly signed for it was not anyone that works here. I have been promised a call after complaining on their facebook page, but as yet nothing ........rubbish customer service, my next step will be legal action.

really bad service

in my office we have two hot water boliers on the wall for staff to make hot drinks. last Thursday one of the boilers broke. so I rang Angel water to have someone to come and have a look at it. it took three days to come out. the engineer was not to helpful as he spend most of his time going back and for to his van. ti came to the conculstion that we needed to order some parts which he did. a week later due to haveing one boier the other one broke to. so I was on the phone to get this fixed. this time it took a who 4 days for someone to come out. again I was told we needed new parts ( why did they not look at the two boliers on the last visit). so the two parts arrive and I had to wait until wednesday evening for an enginner to come out at 4.30 when we shut at 5. and was told he was only here to fix the one bolier. when I had said to the customer servie team that we had two boilers that needed fxiing. the fist bolier broke last thuerday and it is almsot a week. I jsut think there is huge lack of customer servie and communication. so I will bring rining them again today to get the second one fixed and I will also be asking for the offical complints procciduer as we havent had the service we aked for. I will also be discussing with my team about swapping to a better service provider.

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL!!!

I have tried to cancel my contract for 2 water coolers in 2 different locations and it is IMPOSSIBLE, apparently the cancellation team are always busy (which is probably true) and I have called 6 times now to cancel a contract but have been told that I needed it in writing by October 2016 (90 days) before 31st of Jan (which is now too late) otherwise my contract will be automatically renewed for another YEAR. I have sent 3 emails to Christie who hasn't responded once, all in all this seems like a SCAM. I urge anyone not to touch this company with a bargepole!

OK service but no urgency when they're needed

Angel springs supply water to our office and everything was fine until the dispenser needed cleaning.
They are very slow to respond, after two weeks without a dispenser they have replaced our dispenser, the new one they bought in was older then the dirty one and had a MAJOR leak!
We now have a wet floor, no water again and they have said it will take two weeks to get us a replacement again.

When they are just supplying water - great service
When something goes wrong - they just don't want to know.
