Disreputable, devious and dishonest business.
Purchased 3 items - all were of sleazy, slippery, cheap materials, poor construction and irregular sizing. The dress was listed as embroidered and was merely cheaply printed although I see they have now removed the claim of embroidery. I went through their process to return even though I had to ship to China instead of their stateside address. I've been waiting 5 months for credit, pestering them every month and being told "We will refund when we receive the package".
I have just received my package back from China with the label "Unclaimed". Guess if they don't pick up the package they have never received it.
This company also does business under the LORACMOON label.
DON'T MAKE MY $130 MISTAKE!

I ordered a jacket from them in the middle of August and haven’t received it yet. I contacted them and got a reply but was not convinced as there was no real reason given for the delay. I will contact them and turn up the pressure a bit but I don’t hold out much hope, and reading the reviews here I wish Ihadn’t bothered. It’s a shame for all the reliable websites here that companies like this are either run so badly or are just plain fraudulent. My advice is, don’t order anything from them as they seem to be short on customer service.

After ordering 3 items from them months ago, the first item, a dress, finally arrived. Terrible product. Looks NOTHING like the picture, was damaged. Even had a hole in it. I missed the 15 day return policy and had to keep it. I will throw it away. They have offered to cancel the rest of my order. Based on what I've read here, I will be very surprised if I receive a refund. It would be nice if I did, and if I do, I will post here that I did. At least in that way they're not completely fraudulent.

Less than 1 star, no product received, they got their money...told me to do more research with neighborhood, ups and local post office...bbb needs to shut them down

I ordered over $100.00 on April 9 and have not received any of my order, they said part of it was on the way 3 weeks ago. I have e-mailed and have gotten no response. I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Every time I click on to the link provided in the e-mail it takes me to shopify which asks me to build a domain. What's up with that?? Any suggestions on how to get a refund?

Wow, I didn’t look at this before ordering. Took a month and I received goods in great shape and loved the fit! I was in the process of placing a big order when I read this site. I guess I’ll back off and not order for now. Sad about this.

They are extremely horrible with there policy. The bras are very cute but don’t believe the size there sending it the size you wear. Order at least 4-5 sizes up because there is NO RETURN POLICY and they REFUSE to make things right and send me the correct size even though it’s there fault. Basically they’re STEALING YOUR MONEY!!! Please pass this along I’d hate to see another woman go threw what I’m going threw.

Never got all the bras I ordered. The ones I did get didn't come close to fitting.

Worst co m pant I've ever dealt with...bought 4 beautiful bras...when they FINALLY arrived all were about 2 sizes too small...even though l ordered my size...then when asked to exchange for larger size ...was told they have NO RETURN or exchange POLICY...UNBELIEVABLE...talk about being ripped off!!!! I'll never order anything again from them and will keep writing bad reviews to keep others from being ripped off

I ordered a bra oct 31, I have not received it and ive contract them about tracking number or any help. Ive gotten nothing back from them, so theres $26.00 down the drain. Dont buy from them!

They do not ship customers their items in a timely manner, I ordered September 2, 2018 & have only received 3 of 5 items ordered. The sizing is smaller than ordered. They will not cancel any of the ordered items, the ordering process says you should receive 10-20 days.....it’s been way over that time period. They only want your money, they don’t care the items don’t fit, they do t care they lie to customers about the ship time. I contacted them in plenty of time before they shipped all of my items to cancel & they said already shipped however I have still not received all of my items, I just received the 3rd item a few days ago still over the 20 days they said would ship. Not a happy customer, I am stuck with items I can’t wear & they refuse to take them back for a refund or cancel the other items that are the same size that I know will not fit me. This is a horrible company!! Chicv International Holdings is the actual company who you are buying from!!!! Stay away, horrible business practice, this is a scam!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.....the sizing is way off & they say they will deliver 10-20 days after the 3-5 days processing. I ordered 5 items September 2, 2018 & finally received 2 of the 5 items after a Month. I just received a 3rd item a few days ago. I even tried to stop shipment of the last 3 items after I got the 1st two when I realized they didn’t fit. They responded & said they can’t cancel because already shipped. LIARS!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM TNIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY THAT SELLS ANGELVIC, NOONCAT, etc.....I should have checked the reviews better but was an impulse buy. Please share this with all your Facebook friends! DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!! I LEARNED MY LESSON!!!!!

I ordered a bra 2.5 MONTHS ago..I have never gotten it. I have gotten on the spinning wheel of "help" that goes NOWHERE! Very disappointing. I guess my $$ is just Stolen.

Wish I could could 0 stars since that that amount of product and customer service I received. I have waited over 32 BUSINESS days and still no product and they will not reply to my emails

Alls I can say is....I wish I wouLD of read these reviews before ordering and spending my money. Its been over a month...NO FOLLOW UP!! Havent heard a word from them...! Im waiting....waiting...Website says 10-15 days after pricessed!!?? I emailed to daay and guess what...they emailed me back saying they sent me 1/2, actually less than 1/2 the order and it would be ANOTHER 10-15 days? No apology...I write them back and said dont bother sending me the rest...just credited my paypal account.,We will see what they do?

Another Chinese scam site. I ordered bras from them. After a month of not hearing that they'd been shipped, I contacted the company. They got back to me pretty quickly saying they didnt have the product in stock and that I should just be patient. I replied that I wasnt interested in waiting, and wanted a refund.....they wont answer me back now.
