Utterly shocking! Fraud springs to mind

Utterly shocking!
Scammed me into a contract using 02 business as a text front!
I’ve been with O2 business since 2004 and these cowboys hijacked my account and I’ve now got debt collection letters when my monthly payment is going out to O2 every month.
Don’t try ringing or emailing neither work.
Disgusting vile shower of a company!
Minus 5 stars all day long you frauds!!!

I would give -0 start if I could.
This is a scam with BMD as bait .Now anglia have…
Anglia customer support told me that I have three options to choose.
1. Terminate your unlimited data with 02 and pay termination fee of £1400
2.continue paying £70.25 of the 36 month contract in signed with BMD without rebate as the rebate agreement limit of 18 month has passed.

I didn’t even know BMD have left O2. O2 doesn't support at all.

This is rediclious Patner

This is rediclious parne . Even service not good at all I hate O2 . Never go with ever as won’t let go for friends and family. I tried to contact they are useless customers service not giving helpful information. Ask me to contact Angelina both times giving the different Number to call . O2such of poor and fraud service . Should shut down their Business. Please don’t chose O2 in your life go for different one . I requested to Angila call me to discuss about contract and service

Avoid Angliatelecom at All Costs

My business partner and I have faced an appalling experience with Angliatelecom. Despite signing a 36-month contract, another contract was activated without consent, and a termination fee was invoiced without any request or communication. The billing discrepancies are baffling, and repeated inquiries to both Angliatelecom and O2 have resulted in finger-pointing with no accountability.

Angliatelecom’s customer service is the worst I’ve encountered—defensive, unprofessional, and unwilling to escalate concerns to a manager. After 18 months of unresolved issues, my business has suffered financially, and the emotional toll has been immense.

Angliatelecom’s poor practices are not isolated—reviews online reflect a consistent pattern of deception, mismanagement, and mistreatment of customers. Their actions demonstrate a complete disregard for their clients’ trust and livelihoods.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Angliatelecom at all costs.

This is former BMD (Business mobile deals) owing cashback to 4000+ customers from O2.
They are cheating customers, selling them O2 cashback contracts but never pay cashback and change company name….
O2 then send debt collection notices to innocent customers…. Thousands of BMD victims are planning to take O2 and its business partners into court soon….

O2 is the head of scammer and they got third party company called BMD but now they changed their name to Anglia Telecom from BMD. Please please do not trapped in their froud and scam. How can we get rid off these scammer. Please do not use O2 network and Anglia Telecom. O2 has employed so many third party companies to scam people. Specially Anglia Telecom is the biggest scammer 😡

Shocking and DISGUSTING Service provided by BUSINESS MOBILE DEALS aka ANGLIA TELECOM via O2 Network.
Do NOT take out any Services whatsoever from any of the above.
I will Cancel my obligations upon expiry. O2 who transferred the contractual rights to ANGLIA TELECOM from BMD BUSINESS MOBILE DEALS (who SCAMMED myself) went bust and won’t respond to my request and emails.
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
I hope you all FAIL UNSUCCESSFULLY

Anglia Telecom is a scam

So I haven't recieved my rebates since December last year, tried to call Anglia Telecom on 03301742211 and spoke to their agent who was a lady. She told me that rebates will only be paid out at the very end of the contract which I wasn't aware of. She however told me that while i was with BMD, i signed an expensive contract but if I wanted, i could sign one with them directly but won't have rebates. I almost accepted but then I asked her if she was aware about the bad reviews her company had on Trustpilot and she said that they were aware but had nothing to do about it. I told her that they could perhaps clean up their name and the response she gave me was rather surprising. She told me that she didn't care about what people thought, she went on and on how people should take responsibilites for not reading their contracts. So basically the reputation of the company she works was not a priority neither was customer service. I was literally considering taking out the contract but after hearing what she had to say and how she spoke, i realised that getting a contract with Anglia Telecom would have been the worst mistake i was going to make. All i can advise is, stay away from that company.

I Can't Give Them Zero Stars , They Deserve It.

I had the misfortune to take out a business contract with BMD in March 2021. They were meant to pay monthly rebates but they failed to pay the last 12 rebates. They went out of business and O2 handed all the old BMD contracts to Anglia Telecom. I contacted Anglia in December 2023 about my rebates and they said they would be paid but it would take at least 2 months.

Two months came and went and still no sign of what I am owed. They keep making excuses , but I don't think they have made this a priority. I have made formal complaints but they haven't been investigated.

I made another complaint today and they have now tried to claim that I still had a contract until December this year and because I terminated it in April that they are under no obligation to pay the outstanding rebates.

I took out a three year contract in March 2021, and this contract has expired when I terminated it. Who on earth would take out a contract for 3 years and 8 months, which is what Anglia are implying, which is simply not true

They are trying to weasel out of their obligations and they have shown they are as ethical as BMD when it comes to dealing with claims.

Other 6 months to process the rebate refunds is appalling service and the icing l the cake is their latest attempt to renege on what they owe me.

Please avoid this joke of a company at all costs.

They are first class scammers sam as BMD AND O2

They force me to take 36 contract to avoid paying 65per month for a £8 contract

They lie that they will pay the unpaid cash back on behalf of BMD . Now 6 months passed and no sign of any payments

O2 Partners Scammers

Hi all

Yes the O2 partners are big scammers. We are all on the same boat and we do not have any option until the contract is finished. One of the person well said that we have to keep posted on facebook, instagram and twitter and other social websites about these services, so that people should be aware about this.

I also request the if any person know how to tackle this situation in a legal way and we can unite and fight against these companies.

I am paying nearly 63 pounds for 70 GB to Anglia Telecom when the BMD company gets liquidated. Where I can get 100 gb contract on £10 from any other company on personal contract. I request everyone to start leaving the contracts even we have to pay huge sum and start telling other people to avoid taking contracts from these companies any more.

We should legally fight against these companies who put 3 years contract with no cooling off period.

With regards to your accounts, relating to the telephone number ending 115/758/078 & 030, we can confirm that the services have been regraded to the Anglia Telecom deal in June, before the End User Agreement had been processed.

As a result, the rebate payment team are unable to make the rebate payments, as per the Anglia Telecom T&C’s that were included in the End User Agreement, in that you already have a better deal in place.

5. CASH BACK PAYMENT 5.1. Where Anglia has agreed to pay the Customer Cash Back Payments, the details are set out in Schedule 1. 5.2. Anglia’s obligation to make any Cash Back Payment shall be subject to: 5.2.1. the Current Airtime Agreement remaining in full force and effect, and not being terminated.

Please destroy such company from your end

What atleast we can do is wherever, we see the ad related o2, bmd, angelic, we can give our best review and experience. The one who support crime is criminal that is o2. Dont leave any ad of them to leave your review. If you got better social platform, share your experience and save other to fall into such scammer company. I believe we are lot.If we are 500 and do alteast 5 of each task. than that goes 2500 , atleast 1 customer saw that change their mind, than the company loose something. However the company sucks us, We can suck them twice. I am doing my best from every social platform I got youtube, Instagram. Pleaese i suggest to do this. I am trying hard from every possible. If you feel like something not right with your contract, your rebate not paid or rebate less paid. Just leave the contract and cancel your dd. You got enough evidence for brease of contract .

The worst Internet providers ever not even having the chance to talk to them there is no number how ever the contact no is not active and recently tried every month afew time and not a chance to answer the calls now they they give 3 options first m second works for the third is under maintenance why therefore the third is complaining for the whole customers and they don't want to hear it they are a rip-off every month they owe me 12 months rebate beside the signal is worse ever, is there anybody having the same issues
