Two huge boxes of bait , and no postage charge ! How do they do it . My order was £166.48 and came the next day , EXCELLENT SERVICE from ACWB .

Worst seller. I would recommend not to shop with these what so ever. Very dishonest and has caused so much stress. If you have a problem with the product he’s definitely not refunding it nor helping to resolve the issue.

He also makes lies but has not be honest throughout. Very disappointing as you like to support businesses that are local and far but this one will give a miss for now and forceable future.

He never once said about refund. Never apologised. Made this very difficult to resolve.

Also, tries to get reviews taken down which is not right as people has a right to know the truth.

It’s caused great upset as it was a Christmas present but the trolley for fishing Tronixpro is just appalling quality.

Fred, could have resolved this matter ASAP but chose not to.

Fred west bay angling centre fred knows what he’s doing by selling dodgy trolleys on the phone he said to bang it in to fit it because he knew it was faulty. The man the phone said these trolley are crap and he just put one together and has to do stuff to make it to fit. Not good and that not what you want after paying £169.99 not once he said he give a refund he’s also lied about that. Saying he did when he didn’t got message and the phone call. Do you expect this service it you brought this item for this money. There’s no trust between him and me how he’s gone about this. Just like to say before this my family did buy a lot in this shop till this incident ordering over the internet. !!!

To below what the dishonest seller saying is dispute for guarantee. He has just showed himself up for telling more lies. Don’t trust this seller it’s a scam because selling faulty goods and not taking responsibility. So avoid at all costs. This guy has not been genuine throughout this interaction.

Once again this company lies. But when the company has been in contact with them about this they lie and put up this statement untrue and trustworthy. At the same time the manufacturer contacted you . You do this lie. And clear breaking data protection. As he said in comment. The phone call was the cover up to lies he said in emails. And this just proves that we have sort out to do then this company of Fred does this. Malicious, manipulative behaviour to a customer.
