Very well impressed with their product line up, item handling and professionalism their staff employs. It may have taken some time to deliver my PC case only because I live in Dubai and there was a little issue with the delivery time, Ibrahim handled it like a champ and made sure the specific time Im available to pick up has been followed. Im sure that if they have what I need for my PC upgrade, ill choose to buy from Anigma Technologies again. Its worth the wait.

I recently purchased a PC from Anigma and overall, I am very pleased with my experience. The performance of the PC is impressive, handling all my tasks smoothly and efficiently. Anigma’s customer service was exceptional—they were responsive and helpful throughout the process.
One minor downside is that some of the wires inside the case are exposed, which isn't ideal. However, this is a small issue and doesn't significantly affect the overall quality of the build.
In conclusion, my experience with Anigma was positive, and I would recommend their PCs to anyone looking for good performance and great customer service.

100% best gaming/pc company in the uae, got my custom built pc in 2 days and it was fully built and ready to plug in, they also give you the motherboard box with ssd and more to show you it's the legit company's and not fake versions. The customer support was just as good, patience, respectful, understanding, and very good overall.

Had to adjust to a different color as it turned out the case I wanted was not available. Delivery also took time compared to other companies

1- PC was not stress tested as mentioned in website. I stress tested the CPU and its reaching 90 degrees celsius.
2- ramadan gift was not included with delivery although i reminded an emloyee on a phone call. Had to pay 22 aed for gift bag delivery afterwards.
3- cables management is really bad.

I am happy with the service they showed me, they really helped me buy what I wanted in terms of specification at a price I could afford.

I had a problem with a Samsung screen that delaminated 16 months after purchase. I contacted Anigma support to inquire about the manufacturers warranty and within a day they had arranged for a courier to collect the screen and be repaired. Service was friendly with good communication throughout the process to keep me informed as to what was happening. Excellent support. Well done!

The customer service is commendable. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed because the product image that was presented online and what you actually get are completely different aside from the case. Different MOBO, different GPU, different RAM sticks and even a different cooler, which doesn't exactly justify the price paid and does't seem right or honest. The products shown should exactly match what the consumer is getting.

Another thing to point is the shipment. The product was supposed to be a same day delivery product but for whatever reason, the product arrived 2 and a half days later. However, I mostly blame the courier for the delay.
