I have been with Animaker for a while now. Started a little rocky for me as I didn't understand the processes. The customer service team always tried to help as needed. As I learned more about the App and became more comfortable, I knew the exact questions I needed to ask. They were always helpful with my issues and have continued to help me in any they can. After reviewing many other animation apps, I found that Animaker was more user friendly and had more capabilities. Simply love Animaker.

Very useful and fun app. There are a few issues as can be expected with anything as novel as this. But the team is very responsive and reply to support requests within the hour and are quick at solving the issues/ suggesting workarounds etc.. Overall very professional.. PLEASE keep it up

Their customer service sucks. I need to wait 2 hours, sometimes 24/7 before getting a response for help I didn't receive anyway . They think they own time and customers are discriminated by prioritizing Animakers Moneymakers (Enterprise subscribers ) . Im on starter plan, I paid annual instantly.They encourage self-help and tutorials too much as if they are all AI chatbots and as if my time only belong to their app. Their server is so slow unless you are on enterprise . They say they will help and resolve the issues but they are only repeating what I have read from their tutorials,policies and guidelines already. They keep on saying send us a screenshot which is so irritating because how can I catch a moving cursor, a show and disappearing opps-something went wrong note on the screen while editing at the time the problem exists? Then unexpectedly it happens again and often its like a cat and mouse play.

Their app freeze, stall, and if not, the cursor keeps on moving or video plays non stop even I press the stop button many times. We followed their technical rekommandations but problems still resurfaces many times.
It often say your internet is
slow even our pc is not slow and is on chrome. Its so exhausting and disappointing to restart the app many times just to make or finish 1 video . No refunds for a year's subscription for starter plan subscribers , etc. prioritizes only the big Animaker moneymakers . It's all about Money! I truly regret paying a year's subscription for a cheap customer service ! TRY Another APP instead.

Great app I enjoyed using it and easy to use

I love their customer support and how easy it is to use the software. I have made and exported several videos without issues. I hope it continues to get better

Let me just say this is one of the best editing apps ive came across in a long time. they are sooo unique!! from characters to the actions.... you could make a whole cartoon!!! Everyone should check this app out if you like editing,video making, or have a liking in animated music videos. my only suggestion besides downloading this app / using on wepage, is using this app in google chrome it makes things so much easier. thank you guys love your company

They recalled helped me export my document which I was having trouble exporting. They were very prompt with their response and understood my question very well. I love Animator and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is wanting to create an animated project.

I had an issue with my subscription, but thanks to the customer service, specifically by Bala & Ashik, it was quickly resolved. The product itself is good, but that they care about the customers makes them stand out.

My experience was plagued by technical issues, Videos would stop midway, saying "oops something went wrong". TTS Audio would drop out requiring me to retype the script and spend more TTS credits.

Excellent customer service and really happy about the quick response and solving the issue. Keep it up really very great full.
