This company, SwedenCare.com, will take your money and not deliver a product (specifically, ProDen PlaqueOff for dogs). I placed an order on June 18. It is now July 11. No products!! When I called today to ask, the staff person could not find any information about my order being shipped. She kept me on the phone for 10 minutes, looking for my order and then more minutes while she spoke to her manager. I had to waste my time calling them to find out where my order was!!! What kind of company does that? Ask yourself that. My requested refund? Who knows. They said their accounting office will take care of it. Sure they will. Buyer beware.

This is the first time I've wanted to give minus stars.
I contacted customer services before making an order, didn't even get an acknowledgement of receiving the email.
I made an order anyway, my bad. After 2 weeks of waiting for items that would supposedly only take 1 week to arrive, I've checked my emails for some kind of communication, and found a refund notification from PayPal. Swedencare didn't even bother to contact me, let alone explain why they weren't sending the items I ordered.
