This company began to regularly remove money from my account, eventually totalling over £800. After I realised they only refunded a tiny amount of that citing their "terms and conditions". They said they would refund my money if I deleted my review, so I did and they only refunded £37 of the £800+. Do not buy any of their products or services, they will scam you.
Animalvip started to deduct money from my bank account regularly. When I noticed it several months later, I wanted to cancel my membership which took extra cost. I left a negative review here on Trustpilot and a few months later the customer service team of animalvip reached out to me. They promised to refund my money if I delete my negative review, which they did. So if you became a victim of their trap, use this platform and/or the help of police and you might get back your money too. Buyforhouses.com is doing the same; they have the same strategy, same messages, same location.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the blatant scam this website is running. I never subscribed to their service, yet they charged me €9.95 without my consent. They set up a fake Instag post advertising goods for €1.90, which redirected me to a Decathlon checkout page where I could select shoe size and color. This led me to believe I was purchasing shoes, not subscribing to any service.
Their deceitful practices didn't stop there. After realizing what had happened, I demanded a refund, but they refused and unjustly imposed a cancellation fee. To protect myself from further unauthorized charges, I had to go through the significant inconvenience of canceling my card and setting up a new one.
This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their deliberate misrepresentation and unauthorized charges are unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website at all costs. Their actions are nothing but a scam to deceive and steal from unsuspecting customers.
