This company is a scam, unknowingly putting you into a subscription, they do not respond to cancel, their manage subscription link does not work, there is no way of contacting them. I did actually receive my order, the socks are garbage but whatever, I took a chance on them and I'm fine with that. However I am not okay with unknowingly being put into a subscription.
I was charged a second time when the "subscription" was due, I disputed with my bank, my bank (wells fargo) rejected the claim so I was charged, I just got off the phone with Wells Fargo and was able to get it reopened, hoping they will resolve this this time.
In short DO NOT order form this company. By the way, I am noticing now I ordered from animalsox.co but that site does not work and now it's .de clearly a scam of a company.

Took months to arrive, the wrong product was delivered and the company has ignored all my messages, emails and attempts at contact.

I ordered with a gift box in Dec 2025, and did not receive it. Plus, the stupid subscription automatically charges me 50 bucks even though I tried to cancel it in advance.

Do not buy from this company!
I purchased a pair of socks for my wife and opted for a 10% discount on a small check box they displayed to join the animal sox club and I was thinking it was just a mailer membership because it really did not say what it was for. What the non description of that is actually for is joining a monthly sock delivery and it being billed to your card.
Even worse, I have tried to contact them and there is no response. The cancel membership on the email conveniently brings you to an error page. Very deceptive and unsupportive sales tatics!

I wish there was a zero star review. I ordered a pair of socks for my daughter for Xmas. Found out I was duped into a subscription sock service. I immediately go to “manage subscription” to cancel it. The page doesn’t exist. I have attempted to contact the company 4 times now with no response. Do not buy from these guys. I’m still working on disputing the charges on my credit card….

Non existent customer service. Avoid at any cost! Received wrong socks and no one is responding.

I ordered them on the 15th of December and I believe they hooked me for a subscription as my card now says I will be paying monthly for a new sock order. Not only was this not an option I had selected I still have not received the socks. No email responses after numerous attempts. A sad holiday scumbag scam.

I ordered the cow and cabybara and received two cows. Both pairs were huge and would fit a size 11 man. Also, the animals looked nothing like the pictures. I think I received some returned socks because the eyes were all off center. I contacted the company and they said they would resolve the issue if I sent a video. I sent the video and haven't heard from them since. It's been two months.

They delivered the wrong socks and no one responds to emails. Don’t buy

Order placed on Nov 8, following an Instagram ad. Dec 29 and no products. Meanwhile, as of 2 minutes ago (again, it's Dec 29) the website guarantees Christmas delivery if you buy within the next 5 hours.

I don't anticipate receiving my products.

I don't know how you can operate with so little integrity. This doesn't just affect the purchaser, But also the person who's meant to receive a gift.

Worse company - never order from them. Can’t get the order, can’t get a response from customer service. They appear to be a scam

Terrible, no one is behind their customer support email. Have emailed them three separate times now and haven't heard back.

The socks have still not shipped over 30 days after placing the e order. Repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Company is a scam

Received the wrong order, customer service told us it would be available the following week. After a while, no response received, and has gone radio silent. Awful company.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Same as other reviewers, I received the completely wrong order after 20 days (shipping was stated as 2-9 days). I have made three attempts to contact the company and gotten NO RESPONSE!

Ordered in October. Never arrived. Customer service not responding to me. Potential scam. Payments were made to Zagreb. Be warned.

Do not use this site. They sent me the wrong socks. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they have ignored me.
