Great looking but expensive for what you get

The pictures look great on the wall and the delivery was quick. However, they are basically posters in plastic frames at a cost of £30-£40 each. I had assumed they would be glass (though I didn't check the site carefully, so this is my fault). You can buy your own plastic frames and posters for one third of the price.

Regarding our frames, the issuing of perspex screens instead of glass is an industry standard due to a lack of shipping insurance on the high incidence of breakage. We work closely with our supplier to work towards the most premium product, and we are proud to offer real wood frames where much of our competition opts for MDF wood alternatives.

It has not been delivered !!!

It has not been delivered !!!! It should have been delivered yesterday. My hubby went to the GPO office this morning. He was unable to pick it up. He was told that it was lost somewhere in the system. They were very unhelpful. I am disappointed.
I have bought several pictures from you recently without any problems but I am reluctant to do so again.
I hope that you will give me a full refund.

Disappointing

My first experience with Animato was unfortunately quite disappointing. The two A3 frames I purchased arrived bent and in poor condition. Additionally, several of the prints had a very low resolution, making them appear blurry. I contacted customer service regarding the issue and was offered a refund, but only on the condition that I return the frames. Frankly, the idea of spending more money on postage and potentially travel expenses to return faulty products they are responsible for is simply unacceptable. Avoid this store!

Not received any posters at all ordered…

Not received any posters at all ordered weeks ago. Do not buy from these people. Slow customer service and haven’t even apologised or rectified the situation.
