My dog has various health issues and…

My dog has various health issues and sometimes I have multiple claims at the same time, which my vet sent direct to them.
Animed have always acknowledged receipt of the claims and informed me when they were paid and how much they paid out.

Initial poor communication

Ordered three medicines for my dog, but Animed delayed dispatching the order because one medicine was not available. Although I had given plenty of time for the order to be assessed and despatched, this meant we ran out of critical medicine that had to be purchased elsewhere at inflated cost. Would have been helpful if Animed had got in touch as soon as the issue was known, rather than delaying despatch
