Thieves or/and "HORRENDOUS SUPPORT"
After reading the reviews here I had to quote darkexcal's review...
I placed an order on 04/03/26 (as I had before on two previous occasions) it wasn't until I saw the details on my email the next day that I realized those weren't the products I originally chose.
I contacted their support team through email and respective phone number with no luck (all automated btw). Now it was a weekend so I patiently waited... When I finally received an email back from them an entity named "S*k*ra" kindly offer to help by putting my order on hold so I could replace the products for the right ones.
Sounds good, right?
NO!!!
Ever since then I've attempted to get a refund 21 times through email and phone calls (automated btw) but it's impossible to get a real person to respond.
Here's a glimpse of the last email I've sent so far:
Me - Hello,
Now I'm going to reply to all of your previous messages:
S*k*ra - "I hope you’ve been doing well"
Me - No I'm not, I'm super frustrated about the way you reply every time I ask for assistance....
S*k*ra - "I just wanted to send a gentle follow-up regarding my previous message about your inquiry. I completely understand how busy life can get, so there’s absolutely no pressure or urgency at all—I simply wanted to make sure my earlier email reached you safely and didn’t get missed."
Me - Thank you for sending a follow-up regarding my inquiries, and yes life gets gets busy when I'm only trying to get my money back with pressure and urgency. Also yes, I've received all of your emails and replied back....
S*k*ra - "If you’re still exploring your options, need a bit more time, or have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out whenever it’s most convenient for you. Whether you need additional details, clarification, pricing assistance, or help with the next steps, I’d be more than happy to assist and make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible."
Me - I hope you can understand that at this point I'm not exploring any more options, I also don't need more time, nor I have any questions. I've tried too many times to reach out to you for help regarding details, clarification and assistance regarding this situation.
S*k*ra - "Whenever you’re ready, just let me know how you’d like to move forward, and I’ll gladly take care of everything on our end for you."
Me - I am ready, and I'm letting you know that all I want is a refund towards my debit card ending with 7002 (minus the 15% cancellation fee based on policy) so can you please gladly take care of everything for me...
S*k*ra - "Thank you again for your time, trust, and the opportunity to assist—it truly means a lot to us. I’ll be here whenever you’re ready, and I look forward to hearing from you."
Me - You are very welcome, I'm now going to wait and see if your actions reflect your company's true values or are you going to keep denying my rightful refund...

As you can see this company is not adhering to their rules and regulations, their customer service is s**t, and I bet they'll reply here with "I'm sorry, please contact us so we can further assist you"
