After making an order three weeks ago, still nothing had been shipped to me. I tried to email the company and did not get back a reply. I would not trust this company.

I reach out because I ordered last October I haven’t received but when I got in contact they help me and sent out replacements so I got my stuff.

I ordered a 50x150 cm anime pillow cover, specifically because its artwork was designed to take a larger surface area. However, the product I received measures only 43x145 cm, and is almost impossible to fit on a standard 50x150 cm pillows, which also defeats the very visual reason I chose to buy it.

After contacting the seller about this clear size discrepancy, they refused to replace or refund the item, claiming that a ±5 cm difference is acceptable, despite the actual measured deviation being 7 cm.

The product is clearly smaller than advertised, and the support team showed no effort to resolve the issue, instead pretending that nothing was wrong. Disappointing experience overall. Do not order if you expect accurate sizing, proper product visuals, or responsible customer support.

Made multiple orders on this website, had issues with 1 order but customer support helped me well, was friendly and clarified what I wanted to know.

10/10 Product! Fast delivery as well. Only took about 13 days to ship from the shop to my front door. Plus they helped me fix my order when I placed it from the wrong size. Great company, great pillow cover. Plus I got a free laundry bag! Idk why some people are saying you won’t get one when you clearly do!

It's been two weeks since I made my order and i have received no information whatsoever, I sent a bunch of mails but no answer either

It's been a while since I ordered something online from an unknown online retailer so I was a bit nervous but I had a great experience on this website. Shipping was delayed a little bit but I got a quick response from their customer service assuring me it was still in progress. The tracking number they gave me worked great and I got my delivery today which was exactly what I ordered in great shape. I figured the least I could do is leave this review for anyone else hesitant to order from this website.

Fake reviews, perpetual discounts, promising free laundry bags (you won't be getting them).
I have been waiting for well over month for my last order to be shipped alone, which is unfortunate.

Their only saving grace is that the competition isn't much better, nor accessible. At least this company offers alot of different options.

Two way tricot and the picture quality is satisfactory to me, just don't bother with the inner pillows; they have no zipper and the dimensions don't match, they are about 30cm shorter than they need to be, even though they are marked as the same and are supposed to go together.

Ordered a 180x60cm pillow with a cover and some accessories. Took one month to arrive which is expected and normal, but one of the accessories was missing and the pillow was actually 170x60cm and not 180. I realized the size difference only after putting on a 180 cover from another seller and seeing it was too long, which means the 180 cover they gave is also not 180.

After posting this review, I did finally receive what I order about a week later. The quality of the pillow case is as expected; however, I do think they need to work on their communication channel and maintaining their product status communication to their customer. I sent a handful of emails over a period of 2 weeks asking just for status (e.g. was it even in production, did they get my order). A simple acknowledgement was sufficient response for this. It should not have ever come down to charge back consideration or a negative review to prompt a response finally.

I ordered something 3 weeks ago and there has not been a single update since. They advertise 3-5 business days before shipping out the product (with unknown time if 3D implements were added). They advertise 24/7 support via email (both their advertised sales@ and their reply-to qq@ emails) but after contacting them several times over the last 2 weeks, I have not received a single response to one email just inquiring what the status of the order was. Even their contact us page as of 1/15/2025 leads to a 404 page. Recently, their webpage shows no option for US currency which probably suggest they are trying some rug pull strategy. I found out much later many of the designs on the site are stolen from artists (bootleg) (see here: dakidex reddit maintained site).

Given the merchant is completely uncontactable, advertise false claims on shipping times and support, and perform some questionable website manipulation, it seems the only avenue I will have left is just to perform a chargeback to get my money back.

Everything arrived without problems (no irregularities with the goods) Standard shipping time for an intercontinental flight.
The international shipping company really works (I had my doubts about it) It worked.
I will definitely use Animepillowshop in the future.

Took a little bit longer than a was expecting it to especially because i got an email saying that the order was complete two weeks before it arrived but all in all the products are what i ordered and I wasn’t expecting the mouse pad so that’s cool.

Ordered two covers. Took about a week including weekends for production and getting shipped out. Received them 12 days after shipping, so about 19 days total. Included a free mousepad.

Both covers were peach skin as requested so I can't speak for the quality of the higher price fabrics. Prints were pretty good for the price. There is some worry about companies using traces or lower detail re-draws of the art shown but what I saw on the site was what I got. Perfectly happy.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company. Let's me set things straight, the pillows and covers are high quality... If you receive the right one.

I was sent the wrong inner pillow (wrong filling and felt much cheaper). After reaching out to their "24/7" support, offering to send back the wrong item as per their own policy, they got back to me 2 hours later, asking for a picture of the wrong item, which I sent.

It has now been 36 hours later and I am still waiting on any update. Their phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to Facebook messages, so the only avenue is email, for which they will not respond to. It is my hope that writing this review may get them to finally respond, otherwise I'll just have to ask for a refund through my payment method.

Long review short: good quality, average processing time, terrible customer support and customer satisfaction

*Update*
After many days of waiting for responses (3 days for 1 and another 3 days for the 2nd) they have finally gotten back to me and informed me they would send a new inner pillow and to keep the old one as compensation. Once again, the quality is good and the shipping times are good, just hope you don't have to deal with customer service as it'll take days for a response.

The pillow cover looks and feels great and the shipping box appeared to be sturdier then what I've seen from other places.

Got a free mousepad, assuming it's due to me spending a certain amount of money at the shop, regardless that's quite cool.

The only issue I have, is that the pillow I ordered with it came a few days later, which is perfectly fine.. I just wish I knew if it was coming or not since the delivery sites said my package has been delivered when I was missing one item.

It all seems pretty good and quite trustworthy.

I have ordered tons of pillows from them. all recieved. came with come mouse pads too. Just wish they had Zone Tan because i would have brought 5 of it.

ive never really had to write a bad review before, but this is total junk, I bought a body pillow from here and it is super super small and the design it cut off, I made sure to check the sizing correctly before ordering, I dont even think they make pillow sizes for what they gave me, lmfao maybe order a size up

Superfast delivery to the UK, product was super soft and exactly what I asked for.
Great and cannot recommend enough.

Horrible to much money make me wait a lot of day so i will get WHAT I DIDN'T ORDERED! 😡 wich was a dakimakura Super Sonico instead i got an inside cover with implants in a mousepad Why would i want that! 🤦 When i don't even have a computer or more like.. i didn't order that!
