I've wanted this hoodie for the past years, ever since late 2015, and having it in my hands now is the best feeling ever

The details, the comfy of it, the colors, all of it were worth the wait and effort

Product is perfect and as shows on the site.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from here. So far after over a month of waiting only a couple things have arrived and so far not good. I ordered some canvases but the print quality looks horrible. Worse than if I printed them with my regular home printer. I also ordered a collectible statue which arrived completely ruined and the paint looks like a small child did it anyway. I haven’t got the other stuff but so far what I’m seeing indicates this company sends out very low quality stuff and possible counterfeit. I don’t think this statue is authentic, it looks terrible.

It is a great hoodie

Costume quality is good. I would have preferred a lighter fit than what the numbers measured. I would also prefer alternatives for the zipper style and placement.

The pictures and description are very deceiving. Waste of money.

It was fast! There was a problem with the supply of what I originally ordered. They promptly let me know and offered something else in its stead, and shipped it out right away. Just received my Totoro toys and LOVE them!!!!

Would really give no stars to this site. Took forever to receive order and then once finally received, it was sooooo much smaller than I would ever have expected. When I tried to return, they said, you should have read the fine print. It's "Asian" sized. 2 sized smaller than you are used to. Who doesn't let you return something that doesn't fit? RIDICULOUS

They really need to put something on their site letting you know that your ordered package won't come to you with any haste whatsoever. I ordered something. Was told it'd be at my house a few weeks later. Well...those few weeks later came. And the package hadn't even moved. Not even packed. Not even sent. I had to harass "customer service" to even get an answer. Which was the same exact email sent to me 8 straight times. The first email confirming the order even gave me a whole different order number. I don't know who...or how many people are running that site. But it needs to be shut down. You're gona charge me out the ass for bootleg products? AND use the cheapest form of mail so that it takes months to show up? Good thing i didn't buy this as a gift otherwise it would have been late. Nobody wants to help when you reach out. They choose from a small list of draft emails to send back to you when you're not happy. All i can say at this point is i hope I get what I ordered because returning/refunding is probably not even possible with these people.

I ordered a nendroid figure. The photos we're watermarked looked highly legit. My package arrived fast
But it's Counterfeit Merchandise!
The price was high, it never crossed my mind that it could be Counterfeit items .
I contacted the company No answer. Very Shady, BUYER BEWARE!

Sent wrong item. Had to jump through hoops with 'customer service'. Finally after numerous emails, sending photos, waiting for order to be verified, etc. it was demanded that I return the item at my expense. No discount for inconvenience. I was assured animeware 'uses the most reliable product fulfillment team to ensure product accuracy' and any discrepancy basically must have been my fault. Haven't gotten a refund or a replacement product either. Total scam.

They sold me a fake good smile nendoroid. It was a total bummer after receiving the item. Please stay away from it.

Bought a phone case wrong case came but for correct phone they said it’s not theirs clearly lying and told me I “probably ordered from somewhere else” . Scam of a business, honestly don’t buy from these crap unauthentic cheap websites.
